Trampoline fixing not stable – The product was bought second hand as a gift. The trampoline on the reformer was wobbly. On investigation the trampoline is only held in place by 2 L shaped bolts screwed into the wood which have sheared away with use. I sent emails and photos and contacted the company several times. They just state that the technicians “are looking at it”. Ive… Read more
told them i could fix it if they could just send the parts which I’ll pay for but they don’t answer their phones.
Ok for a total beginner maybe – The reformer is quite heavy for a foldable piece. It arrived looking like a scratch and dent/ second hand. It glides very well surprisingly but the ropes loosen a lot, the shoulder support is so far apart it hurts (I am of average build) and the pullies are in a very poor position (lower than the seat) restricting movements, cords are always clipping the shoulder supports or your head. Not overly impressed for the amount paid (roughly $1700AU)
Amazing home pilates reformer – The foldable pilates reformer is the perfect at home machine. I find it so easy to use and set up wasn't too hard. The price was great and the quality is amazing. Show reply
Good product – I am finding the reformer very useful. Initially I was disappointed because it was very noisy because the webbing supporting the springs was not loose enough. The spring scared along the webbing making is very loud. After replacing the webbing with a much longer piece it was fine. I don't know if all of the machines have this problem but it was easily fixed. Better quality control could have avoided this problem, Otherwise I am satisfied. Show reply
A bit small but still a good machine – The machine is well constructed however I did find it a bit too small. I had to use children's toy blocks to extend the stop point which made it a bit more comfortable. I would probably have been better going for the next size model but cost was a consideration. The straps also could have had a riser so that they were not level with the carriage. Ok for a real beginner I think.
