4 rounds very happy. The seat is a worth while option and you can choose if you use it or not. Recommend to store the umberella holder in car not on leg and store drink holder in handle net between rounds. Also follow wheel aligment instruction , slight variation if your using seat option. Think the silver is a better finish but up to you. It… Read more

Poor Quality & Worse Customer Service – Purchased this product 15 months ago and used no more than 7 or 8 times. The plastic clasp that holds the main rod of the frame broke so I contacted the company for a replacement part asking if they could do anything given the very few times it has been used. Their response was that it was out of warranty so in other words. Bad luck. Clearly the… Read more

product was defective but no care factor at all. I would have been happy if they offered me the replacement part free of charge given it was only $15 but, no. I had to buy it plus an additional $17 for postage. Poor product and even worse customer service

One Star too many – Rating this as 1star is 1 star to many. The break failed before I reached the second hole on its first outing. A clip had come off and the locking pin had fallen out. The supplier promptly forwarded a new pin with bolt end. I replaced that and it made it to the fourth hole. My subsequent contacts via email and phone only resulted in insuations… Read more

that if he replaced the part and it happened again it would be my fault. He stated mine was the first return for a broken brake!!! In good faith I had offered some feedback on what could be design fault. On reading the other posts it is clear it is poor construction, cheap plastic and design flaws. I am a retiree and have run my own business for 35 years and rarely had problems with customers or clients. This supplier gets my gold medal for poor PR and product support. Be warned , steer clear of Cadytek Australia.

The problem was caused by his abnormal use. He needs to take care of the product.

No good – Brake has failed, the folding mechanism pulled out of its retainer. Needed to make adjustments the entire time to keep it working. Will not make a year of use which is disappointing.

Rubbish product and Rubbish seller – I purchased tis buggy 4 months ago, after 2 months the brake fell apart, i contacted the seller and after a bit of a fight he sent me a new brake to fit myself. I fitted the brake and after a few more rounds the brake snapped off completely. I contacted the seller and sent him a photo of the damage and he blamed ne for kicking the cart and causing… Read more

the damage myself, i argued the point that it was not like that at all but he continued to blame me and took no responsibility for the brake and the cheap plastic they use to make it. This company is not to be dealt with do not purchase one of these buggy's spend more money and get something better as this company is the most horrible company to deal with.

Absolute rubbish – After assembly modifications were necessary to make the buggy track properly. After a few months use all components have become loose and several screws have broken. The buggy now lacks any rigidity and is barely fit for purpose. I don't understand how it rated so well on some website. Very disappointingly.

Warranty – The main locking mechanism broke and they deemed, by a photo only, that it was misused. I have three witnesses that account for the breakage happening while I was just pushing my cart along.

Beware of CaddyTek Asutralia – If you buy one of these in Australia beware they are not made or endorsed/licensed by CaddyTek US. We are in Brisbane and bought one. After a few outings the front wheel fell off. Aus supplier was good and sent new front wheel without issue(they must know these are dodgy quality). After another 30 days the front wheel would not click in and the… Read more

buggy was unusable. We asked for a refund but supplier was unwilling to provide this. As if we were dishonest they asked for proof of buggy issue and would not provide refund, why would we lie? They only will send parts and asked you to fix it yourself. See attached pic from Caddytek USA website, which clearly states CaddyTek Australia products are not produced by CaddyTek USA. So we assume these are Chinese copies... beware! See www.caddytek.com for a clear message on their website

Don't waste your money – I purchased a CaddyTek CaddyLite EZ-Fold Pro 3 Wheel Golf Buggy about 10 months ago. My initial thoughts were that it is good looking but lots of plastic. Initially it would not open and click together but with lubricant spray over a time it improved but has never been as good as the promotional video. After 5 rounds of golf the front wheel just… Read more

fell off one day on the second hole of my round, which left me to manage on 2 wheels. The outer wheel bearing had completely collapsed. I contacted the supplier/ agent who sent me a new bearing and cir-clip pliers t do the repair myself. I found that a strange way to warrant a product. Then on my 10th round with this buggy, the same thing happened again. Same wheel, and same wheel bearing. Again, the agent won't repair or refund their product only send replacement parts. In my opinion ( I was a manufacturing engineer for 40 years) this product has a design fault for the same thing to happen twice to the same wheel bearing. Apart from that issue, other parts have fallen off from screws coming loose from cheep lock nuts that don't lock. My mates purchased simular style buggies from the pro-shop and although they paid a little more, it was well worth it as they have not had any problems. They have a good laugh every time I have to do a repair on the course. Apart from the quality (lack of) issues, I find this cart unbalanced, with too much weight on the front, which makes it heavy to maneuver, and it does not roll well either. With the weight on the front, if I need to push down on the handle to get over a curb, the handle lock jumps the gear that locks it in place, so I have to undo the knob and reset it to the right height again. I had a Bagboy buggy for about 12 years before this one, and it was much better and never an issue. I only changed because as i'm getting older I wanted a buggy with a seat for when there is slow play on the course. Another problem is the seat is mounted too low, and this causes it to bottom out on any ground that is not flat. I overcame this with a simple modification, but anybody that is not good with tools will struggle. Also no matter how much I adjust the wheel alignment, it won't go straight if I let it roll. It always goes left a lot. Just do not waste your money buying this garbage, you will regret it.

Good quality product, easy to push, folds up compact – I’ve had a CaddyTek CaddyLite EZ Fold now for about 3 years. It was about half the price of Bagboy and $100 cheaper than Clic, but substantially more expensive than your bottom end buggies, so was hoping it would be ok. So far so good. Pushes just as easy as the more expensive buggies. Nice wide wheels, comfy handle, easy to adjust. Folds up… Read more

quite small as well. Appears to be good quality - nothing has broken yet. Things which could be improved - uses a push down brake which locks a pin in one of the wheels, which is spring return. I’ve had this jam on very early when I bought it, but after freeing it up have not had any further issues. Fold down is fine, but sometimes can be a bit hard to unfold (only used once per month - probably could be fixed by silicon spray on the slider).

I’m happy with the purchase - good value for money. Pushes way easier than the elcheap 2 and 3 wheel options, definitely recommended if you don’t want to spend $300-$400.
