Extremely disappointed with the lack of support in trying to contact the company Caendar Club. While the staff who take your calls are polite, no one got back to me. I rang numerous times and sent emails and no one replied. Recently, I purchased a diary and a calendar. I received the diary but not the calendar. Written on my invoice was " out of stock. To be refunded". While this did eventually happen, the shipping fees were not refunded. While being a modest amount, no one would help me. The frontline staff agreed that this should happen and said that my call would be passed on and some one would contact me. Nor was it written anywhere when I was buying the calendar, that it was out of stock! While I understand a product may not be available, I do expect to be refunded for not only the product but also its shipping fees. The shipping fees ended up costing me more than the diary! I was perfectly happy to pay shipping fees for the diary but not for an item not delivered! Extremely disappointed.
Calendar Club ANZ Your contract is a sham. We will be taking this to court. You can prevent us from accessing your page, but you can't silence us. How many people have to fall for your scheme before you realise what you're doing is wrong? Independent contractors are responsible for operating as they see fit. If they want a chair to sit, they're allowed. If they want to put decorations on their store, they're allowed. Your agreement clearly states that it's not an employment relationship; controlling everything that the people running your stores does, effectively makes them an employee entitled to a wage, not just a 15% commission on all sales.
PSA for all thinking about becoming a licensee under Calendar Club: They will try to control your every move, and will not accept that you are independent from them despite using their name, and equipment. If you try to go against what they tell you to do, they will terminate your contract. If you seek advice from Fair Work, they will terminate your contract. If you think you're entitled to sit down when working a 56 hour week, they will terminate your contract.
Not even one star. This company is terrible. I purchased some calendars and needed to edit my order but couldn't online so emailed them. They ignored me. I have sent several emails but they have not responded to me. There is no other way to contact them except via email and they ignore them. I certainly won't be buying from them again. Remind me of those fake Chinese pop up companies same response. Very disappointed.
Do not support this company – Despite ordering online for years I will never again. Their chatline does not exist while emails are ignored. Avoid Calendar Club who are a faceless company who will only ever take your money
