I started this day off happy. This product and their Customer Support sent me through chaos. Now I have to return it – Bought 2 and they BOTH would not connect. I even used 2 different computers. The drivers would not install. I received an error message after "installing" for 30+ minutes that the installation was not complete. I could not get tech support from Canon, so I contacted Microsoft. Nothing worked out. I am NOT very happy with the purchase. Will be returning because this almost ruined my day. 6 hours. I tried to run it on Windows 10 and it just would not work out no matter what I did or "figured out". This purchase was totally not worth the frustration. Happy to return it soon due to the other poor reviews also. It angered me very much that the supposed "tech support" of Canon played the ultimate, no service game. Poor automated system that hangs up, the agents will transfer the customer to a different department once reaching them and then ultimately there's an automated message telling the customer to go online in which there is NO CHAT and the only option is to send an email. The disrespect. They're very far behind in tech support. If you're considering purchasing because there was an unusual price drop on their item in the stores, DON'T. There's a reason why.

Edit: Now there's an MP Driver installation popping up on my screen an hour later. Edit: That didn't work either.

I hate this printer with every fiber of my being – It didn't even function for 6 months before it completely died. The motherboard went out. Cheap make and cheap quality. I would only buy this printer if you want an overpriced decoration for your desk. I will be throwing mine in the dumpster later today :)

very poor information – trying to find help to align the ink cartridges is impossible, it is assumed that there couldn't be any problems with that. They say go to 'printer driver set up window' and 'application software' well I am not tech savi,I need idiot friendly instructions, and I will bet I am not the only one.the last canon printer went out the door, this one is about to follow and it will be the last canon to enter this house.
