Amazing customer service. Nicholas went above and beyond to help me replace a part and get my tap fully functioning again. The taps themselves are a beautiful product and after owning them for over 12 years it just required the replacement of a part. Which Nicholas supported us to do. Extremely satisfied with the care and professionalism provided.

Lousy service / lousy communication / arrogant management – Update to 2 previous reviews. Got the Plumbers bill today for removing Nicolazzi tapware and installing other. Eleven hundred dollars. This means we have spent nearly four thousand dollars because Canterbury Sink and Tap would not honour their warranty.
