Great deal and quick delivery – Highly recommend Ray,he found us the car we wanted in 24hrs for $1200 cheaper then our local dealership.Done deal and received our new car within 2 weeks. Not the 6 month wait that the dealership was telling us. Great people to deal with and highly recommend.

It's basically Carsales that doesn't listen! – Save your time and don't brother with these guys. My broker was Ray and he took over a week to reply, then only came back to me after 2 phone calls and a follow up email. His reply met none of my criteria - I requested a car I could test drive (not interstate) and not white in colour and it failed on both counts. The car was on Carsales for the same price! Save your time and effort and avoid them like the plague!

Excellent in every way – I purchased a used car from Car Search Brokers in late June 2017. I cannot speak too highly of the professionalism and courtesy displayed by this business. The car had a couple of minor issues which were attended to promptly within the warranty period. I would recommend Car Search Brokers to anyone.

Great until you want a second hand car – Firstly I contacted this company based on a recommendation from a friend, and heard nothing. dealer. I had hoped he would be able to find something I couldn't. Anyway so I decided I wanted a higher spec model but go one that is a couple years old. Had this discussion with him, he understood, and never got back to me. That was it. I will never bother again to be honest. I don't find any value. I tried previously to use a broker to find me a couple years old Golf GTi and I ended up finding something myself for a price he couldn't even come close to. All in all, I won't bother again, but this particular brokerage I was disappointed in as I had good reviews from friends, but clearly they lost interest, without telling me, that they didn't want to get involved in a second hand car. Communication would have been nice and I wouldn't have bothered wasting time waiting around for him to contact me again. Very disappointed.
