Buyer beware – Quality of structure/ unit is good and solid, But that's it, the filter element that's supplied with the unit is cheap crap and allows dust past which blows dust into your van! THIS IS THE CRUITIAL PART OF THE ENTIRE PRODUCT! The first 300 kms on dirt roads the filter failed, had dust all through my caravan. Contacted the manufacturer and there response was pathetic, First statement in reply was that they have 1000s of happy customers and didn't want to acknowledge my complaint about there afterthought of a filter, The filter they supply is a cardboard box air conditioner pre filter element, far from what's needed when your on corrugated dirt roads, Within first days of use dust was in the fan motor, ( which is the clean side of the filter). It dose not seal properly and the dust bypasses the element see attached photos. The company then stated that in dusty conditions you have to replace the filter DAILY! It's not serviceable you can't blow it out. And they want $90 per filter, what an absolute joke that is, NO WHERE on there website or advertising material of this product dose it say this, just regular maintenance according to driving conditions. I don't REPLACE my trucks air filter on a daily basis when towing in dusty conditions because it has a proper filter. In a gesture of " good faith" they offered a replacement disposable filter for free, They couldn't even give me a new serviceable filter that they now make with an alloy frame. Consider that you pay $1860 for the product plus fitting that a really poor customer service. I have now sorced my own custom made serviceable filters with an alloy frame and better filter medium for less than what they want to charge.
