I ordered 5 peeps plus 5 free as gifts. They cost £100. They took a long time to arrive and only five in the package. Contacted customer service by email but no reply. I have been left with very expensive stocking fillers . I would never order from this company again. Scammers. Show details

I went to Davis Vision Optical to get new prescription glasses. I purchased Peeps eyeglass clinging pads device. They made circular scratches on both my lenses, I had to replace my lenses! I do not recommend this product!

cool i googled these things ive had for a while and just started used. i agree with the top. they just smear. these things are completely useless imo. i have better luck with lense cleaner and my shirt.

Do NOT buy Peeps – I am forced to wonder if the positive reviews of these crappy so-called eyeglass cleaners our bots were done by the company. difference. I fell for what I think are advertisements as reviews of the "best eyeglass cleaners" and that is all total nonsense. They are ineffective, time consuming and too expensive. If there's anything microscopic about Peeps it's their benefit --do *not* waste your time and money on fraudulent product.

Pre Christmas order not received as of 1/27/25 – Totally Useless Customer Service !! I ordered five items two weeks before Christmas ... and received one. Take your money but don’t ship the product – Wish I could review the product, but since they took my order I haven’t heard a thing. No response to requesting an update on when the product will actually be shipped after weeks of waiting. Assuming I ever do receive it, even if the product ends up being great (which, it seems from reading the reviews of people who did get theirs, is pretty unlikely) the whole process after placing the order is abysmal. Expensive for a cheaply made thing that doesn't work – I paid $25 for a very cheaply made product that is useless. They add marks to your glasses not removing them. A microfibre cloth does a better job.

Never recieved – I spent over $60 on these products over a month ago and never received them. I emailed them regarding the situation and never got a response. Not Recommendable – Purchased the glasses cleaner and the cell phone screen cleaner. My Z Fold is supplied with screen protectors from Samsung to protect the folding glass. The morning after cleaning the screens both screen protectors had lifted, the front one completely off the interior has detached for the full length of the hinge. pass, while sending emails to the company's support email a few times kindly asking for a status update on my order. Still with ZERO responses to multiple emails and no word from the company at all. I see their social media has been practically abandoned except on Facebook, which they appear to just advertise on.

I had high hopes that this was all just related to the time of year, and surely I'd get my products I spent $100 on, however after reading the overwhelmingly negative reviews and complaints on every platform, I feel like an idiot for trusting such a shady source. I always do research before I buy, the one time I didn't, it cost me.

CarbonKlean, I'd recommend you get this sorted, or the consequences might cost you significantly more that $100.

Fine if you don't have rimless glasses – Removal of dust and particles were OK. But smears not so good. Users are advised to remove smears with a cloth first, then use the Carbonkleen pads. Now if like me you have rimless glasses, smears are the main problem. So why waste money on this "gadget" when a glass cloth will do the job in one go. effective is the carbon cleaning pad inside of the main plastic case (the double-sided gray pad that wipes the cleaning “tongs”.) In the case of these fake CARBONKLEAN cleaners, that pad is made of gray SPONGE. There is no way that it will even function the same as Peeps for two cleanings. I highly recommend AVOIDANCE of this company and product!!

Rubbish – Waited months for delivery and very disappointed, my T-Shirt gives a better clean and much faster than the flaffing about with this product. I do not recommend this product, use lens cloth instead. I'd give it NO stars if I could. Show details

Drop shopping from Amazon – I ordered from carbonklean.com.au, but received the product in Amazon packaging with a shipping sheet saying it's from "optica life accessories". If you are going to buy these, you might as well skip the middle-man.

my glasses with gentle dish soap and water, and ... yes, the glasses were clean. the smudges and greasy spots were gone. I decided this is an expensive product and it doesn't work, so i will return it. The website says, "Full Refunds if you are not satisfied. " I contacted CarbonKlean, and they said, No refunds. They sent me an email, highlighted in Bright Yellow, that if the product didn't work, it was my fault. ( so i guess they were prepared to get complaints.) I have gotten no refund, for my $55! So this is not just a poor product, its a complete scam. Dont Buy It!!
