Excellent source of reasonably priced parts – Carby Doctor provides excellent service, quick shipping, and the carby works perfectly. The carby I purchased is around 30% of the price of a Honda original part. It really is a simple job to change the carby, and the trimmer is now running like new again.

HP B&S Carburettor – Contacted Shaun on advice about a carburetor for an old B & S engine, he was extremely helpful and directed me to the right replacement product at a very reasonable price. The item arrived within 3 days of ordering, excellent service. Highly recommend this supplier.

Straight forward and honest advice for a MS381 rebuild 25/1/2023 – Shaun gives honest advice. He knew the model of saw well (Stihl Ms381). Had all the parts needed for a piston kit and 2nd cylinder/piston kit. Could have sold me an ms460 air filter conversion kit, but he talked me out of it saving me money. (rare these days). He also called back within 1/2hour which is also rare these days. I am happy with the customer service so passed his number on to a mate who is also having saw issues.

Goes out of his way to make the experience great – I ordered some chainsaw chains and when they promptly arrived I had ordered the wrong. No worries just sent them back and I'll replace the. Great Service and Customer Skills – Have used Carby Doctor a few times and have not been let down by his customer service skills and product knowledge overall plus the pricing is excellent!! Recently needed a new cylinder for a Stihl MS250, part was not in stock with decomp, said they were to be delivered at a particular date and he called me on that date with all the parts required to rebuild this chainsaw and less then half what the OEM dealer would charge. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic Service – Had a Carby issue with a Sthil Blower. Contacted local mower service who suggested a number of issues and remedies. Quoted in excess of $100 to repair plus parts. Contacted Shaun at the Carby Doctor who not only supplied a new Carby but also installed it all for a gran total of $25. Amazing service. Highly recommended.

particular one are no longer available. I am a person who likes to fix things or recycle and was not ready to give up on this one. I tried to seal it with silicon and other things but would not run properly and I did not have the heart to throw it in the bin. Local people could not help me and I thought I will try someone on ebay by directly contacting several sellers. I've taken pictures and measurements of the machine and diaphragm. Sent the info and waited. Two replied that they could not help and one and the only ONE replied positively - CARBY DOCTOR. This was the reply: ''Hi mate, what's your address I will send you one out for free, cheers Shaun''. I could not believe what I read. I got the part, fitted it and it is running like a charm. So now, Carby doctor is in my Ebay favorites and would not go anywhere else to shop now, BIG THANK YOU CARBY DOCTOR :)

least 6 of those bulbs at my local small engine shop in Perth. The last one cost me $24.00 and I vowed that that outfit would never see any more of my money. In March the bulb once again needed replacing but instead of ditching the whole mower in disgust I decided to do a bit of a Google. Generally, I try to avoid buying on line because I like to have the comfort of being able to eyeball someone if things go wrong.

As it turned out, I found Carby Doctor in Victoria who offered the same part on line for $5.50 including shipping. I gave them a go. After all, $5.50 against $400.00 for a new mower (most of which nave the same or similar B&S engines) was worth the risk.

Delivery by Australia Post was fast (especially having regard to the fact that I live in Perth) and the part was exactly the same as supplied by my local rip off shop.
