At Frankston Arts Centrec car park. It took about 45 minutes to exit car park. Due to boom gate reader not reading bar codes on almost all vehicles trying to exit. No attendents on site . No assistance available from Frankston Art Centre staff ( as they don't manage the car park). Some of the pay machines wouldn't read the ticket bar code either.… Read more
Which meant people had trouble or gave up trying to pay before the exit gate. Last time we will park there.
Awful. Of course they wouldn't care but i needed a receipt reprinted for work. Countless emails and false promises then ultimately no response. If they were in an industry where competition matters they would have failed long ago.
We own a medical suite property in Clayton and have engaged Care Parkibg to monitor the parking of users and more recently to charge a fee to help defray the hefty fees that they charge. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this company. Their workers do very little to collect fees and the monthly rate they charge is astronomical. I think this is one of the worst companies in business to be honest. I’d never recommend they be used.

I was really disappointed with the response from this company. The car park has a 5pm night rate of $15. I entered before that time but was charged the casual rate of $38 for the rest of the night. Shouldn’t you be charged the casual rate until 5pm and then night rate after that time? They said it’s clearly explained on the signs and website. Maybe clear for the person that wrote it but unclear for the person who reads it!

The large back window of my car was smashed in this carpark. I have been trying to telephone several times for 2 days. Nobody answers my calls, or emails. Quite an appalling service. The only thing these Company cares about, is to take your money. They take no responsibility or care for anything that happens to one’s car.
Terrible business – Scamming people seems the way they make money after all. Parked 2h at Oracle basement in Gold Coast where parking meters were only accepting coins (who carries a bag of coins with them?), paid through EasyPark, but made a mistake in rego. Ended up paying for parking and got a $88 Payment Notice (not a Fine, as they say). Appeal to waive the extra fee, since I actually paid for their parking service, was declined. Very scammy.
Rude staff refused to apply validation voucher – Refused to take my woolworths discount voucher. They left us waiting 10 minutes at the exit before answering. The girl on the intercom was rude and said that she wouldn't be discounting it becase we stayed 2 long. We were there less than 3 hours and the voucher gives you 2 hours free. She hung up on us twice and told us to pay for it becase she… Read more
wasn't reducing it and then we could call and chase up the refund on monday. Nowhere on the sign does it say to get the 2 hours free you have a parking time limit. It actually says first 2 hours free
[Content Removed], stay away of these people and their carparks – I parked in the Bond Uni carpark and there was just a vandalised sign. Impossible to read, especially if you are driving. I contested the "Fine" they gave me (I even sent a photo with the vandalised sign), and they sent me a template message saying they will not waive the fine. Casually, a friend of mine parked there the same day, he didn't see… Read more
the sign either because of the same reason, he also sent a photo and he got exactly the same copy-paste message. They didn't even read or check the photo we sent. Contesting their fake fines is a waste of time. Also, my car was there for 45 minutes, I have never parked there before. They are just money parasites.

I followed. a friend into the Oracle carpark. I asked my friend, dont u need to pay, we parked next to each other, he said no, we wont be long. We got back just to find i was fined and he wasnt. He laughed, he said coz urs is a Maserati and mine is worth nothing.
Follow-up · The fine was for not paying for parking via an App. I had a ticket on my windscreen, I gave the ticket to my friend to sort out since it was his fault I didnt pay for the parking
Only giving a one star as I cannot give zero. I tried paying the parking fee at Victoria Market car park with cash. When the machine did not return the change I spoke with an operator via the pay machine and was brushed off by being told that no one… Read more
will come and resolve the issue and I have to send them an Email (which bounced back). I ended up leaving in complete frustration knowing that they had stolen my money. My recommendation is find another place to park.
Follow-up · -I didn't try the card payment as the machine had already taken and not returned the cash, as well as the intercom staff being very unhelpful. -A $50 bill was inserted. Parking was paid for ($16), but the change was not returned. - The email address was correct (copy and pasted), but the whole customer service department was on holiday, leaving… Read more

The worst parking provider in history. I would give -1 stars if I could. Such a shame Sky Stadium sold out to these absolute scammers. They only 'care' about lining their pockets with your money, even when you try and dispute a parking ticket they never sent you but then double the penalty on!! They never respond to phone calls, texts or email.… Read more
Hopefully the new Wellington Mayor will decide to switch to a better provider.
Disgusting service!
The previous provider you could actually call up and speak to someone (an actual human) and pay over the phone if the machines weren't working.
This Organisation needs an ACCC audit. **** Do NOT pay any fines they issue you as they don't have authority to enforce it **** Perhaps a visit with A Current Affairs. Care park is cunning, they put a flyer with the parking ticket saying you can put in an appeal. This is how they get your name and address and then they issue you with a standard reply saying your appeal is not accepted. Without your name and address it is not worth it to persue a court case if you don't pay. When genuine people are under stress at a hospital clinic they forget time altogether.
They just don't consider your genuine appeal. We had a pre admission appointment for surgery for my husband who is in a wheelchair and the appointment took longer than expected. I moved the car before the 3 hours into a disability parking spot. There is no parking around the Varsity Lakes day clinic and I find it very difficult to push my 100kg… Read more
husband in a wheelchair. My husband has cerebral ataxia and can't push the chair himself and totally relies on me. I paid the $88 fine as I am decent not like CARE PARK.
Prey on new Uni students with their uni locations. Use the app the pay for parking, no issues, then I get a ticket saying I don’t have a valid permit? No where is a permit mentioned? Tried to call, told me they don’t know and can’t see information about tickets. Useless. Go to the email address, am ignored. Other first years with P-plates have received the same type of ticket with no explanation, sounds suspicious to me.
I am appalled with the ethics of this company. I had a conference at Robina Tafe and did the right thing I parked my car, went to download the app and found I had previously downloaded it. I paid for my parking (paid for more time then I needed just in case) and returned to my car to find I had a fine on my window. I then realised that I had my… Read more
old vehicle rego, I thought this would be an easy fix and they would disregard the fine as I had done the right thing. They refused my case and told me I have to pay $88 and if I don't pay in 14 days, it would be $186. I am furious, horrible to deal with and I will not be bullied into paying my fine.
Unsanitary – They are expensive, but then lots are. The worst is the putrid stink of urine, especially inside the Hindley st entrance. ? Stinking water from an overflowing loo, or pipes, formed a huge river there the other day & cars had no choice but to drive through it. It took a few days to dry up. Wasn't cleaned up. Filthy lifts & lots of rubbish . It's a public health hazard. Young woman in Adelaide office, ? Lisa, is very nice though.
Do not park here – On a particularly busy night, I parked in one of their car parks, only to be stuck in a traffic jam for over an hour before I could exit. Drivers around me became increasingly aggressive due to the congestion, and there was no staff intervention to manage the situation or calm down the frustrated drivers. To make matters worse, upon finally… Read more
reaching the exit, the parking attendants were allowing vehicles to pass without collecting payment.
The next day, I reached out to Care Park to report the incident and request a refund for the payment I made, given the abusive treatment I received from other drivers and the apparent inconsistency in their payment enforcement.
Unfortunately, my initial attempts to contact them were met with repeated email bounces, which was already a red flag. After persistent efforts, my email finally went through. However, weeks later, I received a response stating that the traffic issues were beyond their control and that no refund would be issued. This response is not only unhelpful but completely dismissive of the poor service I experienced.
They should change their name as there is no "care" in the service provided. The lack of support, inadequate management of the car park, and disregard for customers' experiences is unacceptable.
WORST BUSINESS EVER - breaching fair trading and consumer law – Rude thieves who prey on people for money, I never entered into any contract with CarePark and received an $88 for not knowing they existed at a residential property for rent at Cambridge Terraces Robina. Threatened immediately with legal action when attempting to dispute. Care Park are rude and won’t engage in meaningful conversation about what… Read more
evidence would need to be provided. Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), businesses are required to act in good faith and ensure fair and reasonable treatment of consumers. I believe that Care Park’s actions are in breach of these obligations REPEATEDLY and should not be able to operate. Just look at the amount of shonky dealings they have had with people leaving reviews.
Deceptive tactics... and not paying unjust 'fine' – My hubby received an $88 "fine" from this scamming company CARePARK, and 'after 14 days' the fine increases to $176. Has anyone NOT paid this sort of fine, and had any repercussions? The fine states to be for: "Parking on a yellow line or area not constructed as a car park space". There was no yellow line visible (photographic evidence sent), and… Read more
he wasn't parked in a 'car park', just parked on the street outside a place called "The Parc" near John Flynn hospital. When he returned to the car the "fine" was on the windscreen. We emailed them stating our case with photo, and they ignored all the points made... instead replied stating it is a 'Payment Notice' not 'a fine', and it has to be paid. We then asked for photos to be emailed to us, and they didn't even bother to reply. They've totally ignored the facts: there was no 'No Parking' signage there, there was no yellow line visible, it was not indicated to be a private road, there was no differentiation from the public roads in the vicinity, etc. The only sign in the area was on the other side of the road approaching 'The Parc'... about visitors parking in bays... but he did not enter the Parc (not even to turn around), so should not apply. That sign also was placed covering another sign. Also, this scam 'fine' is titled "How To Appeal This Notice", followed by "Access to this car park is prohibited until this breach notice is resolved"... though he had not entered a 'car park'! The first option on the 'notice' is "To Appeal". And the link on the bottom about 'consumer rights' doesn't work either! The entire layout appears designed to con unsuspecting victims into providing their personal details, which is required to lodge an appeal after scanning the code. Incidentally, a lady had parked behind my hubby, but he told her of the fine. She too was surprised, but moved on. This company is clearly playing on deceptive tactics and we feel their activities should be investigated. Has anyone NOT paid the fine, and had any repercussions?
Read any review before making booking – You can’t cancel even immediately after you booked online . Even if you have not used you have to pay . How this is justified? This is called stealing . The best scammers … I hope I read the reviews before making the booking online ..

Heartless and GREEDY – My wife was admitted to Cabrini in July for terminal cancer. I made the mistake of leaving the car park and was charged the extra fee, totalling $40. Instead of showing some compassion, they not only charged the full amount, but took almost 4 months to respond. I had to use them again last week and their machine stole $2, which they refused to pay back. The gutless attendant wouldn't even come in person to address the issue.
Care? Park... no – I've been a customer for 8 years, pay every day out of my salary. In turn, I pay for days I'm not even at work. The one time my display card isn't showing, the exorbitant fines come. I write to them, explaining my history. The only response I get "as a long term user you should know better" then a link to pay. How is this company allowed to operate? – These people should not be allowed to run any car park, but particularly not those belonging to hospitals. Access was cancelled for reasons unknown. Worse parking service ever – Paid for 5 hours park at their machine at 230 wakefield street, the machine didn't print a ticket to display but the money was taken so I thought it was gonna be ok. Worse company ever, wasted a lot of my time dealing with them, 100% their own mistake but no apology. I'd never ever park anywhere using this useless company ever again.
There's NO Care in CarePark – Absolutely disgusted by this organisation. Preying on innocent people who generally want to do the right thing. scam them, but they showed no empathy whatsoever and were blatantly rude to deal with. Filing an ombudsman because from the looks of the many reviews these guys have done it to others on more than one occasion. Hopefully, something can be done to prevent others from dealing with these crooks.
Terrible – This company is a bunch of money grabbing garbage. Stayed at Broadbeach Oracle, none of the parking meters were working, no one to assist. Was gone for literally 2 mins and was slogged $88 fine.
Never Again - This is a heads up to others – I parked my vehicle in their premises - paid the required parking time amount (did not display the ticket on the dash of my vehicle) - so i was charged a penalty of $88.00. I was not aware of the need to pay and display my ticket prior to going about my business - it is a new parking experience.....never again
Care Park is a scam – Went out to a dinner/meeting with my husband for his business and unfortunately found ourselves in a parking space provided by these scammers. online system glitched and continued loading, then after 5mins, denied the payment method. By this time we were inside and the meeting was underway, so I took over to try and pay for the parking. I tried the same card again, then I tried his other card. Still the system would not accept payment and continued loading, before stating that the card was not valid, so I tried my own card. The system rejected it still (obviously it was down or not working). I tried all 3 cards twice, to make sure i was doing it correctly. I did not feel it was appropriate or right at this stage to excuse myself and go wandering down streets in the dark & cold looking for a meter when it would likely have rejected all our cards there as well. I even went to the trouble of contacting our banks, and they told me the cards and payment methods should all be working fine. We were only there for under an hour when I encountered a medical emergency and had to leave. There was a ticket on our car. We contacted care park and stated we were happy to pay for the parking if they could explain how we were meant to. We also explained that their system had been malfunctioning and had made it impossible at the time to pay. They were very rude and said we would have to pay a $200 fine. Be careful dealing with this crooked company. They are scammers.
Unprofessional - DONT PAY – Check your state laws. But these points may apply. It’s essentially an invoice they’re issuing. Not a fine. It can’t be enforced like a gov fine. Parking charges must be reasonable. $88 for overstaying 10mins is not reasonable. Doubling the charge, if not paid in 14 days would also not be seen as “ reasonable”. automatic agreement to a contract. They cannot pass on charges from actions they take to take the matter to court. Not that they would, it would cost them thousands to MAYBE recover $88.
