Totally Scam – The report they provided to me with no information of rego, they asked me for the price and odometer reading and copy/paste from the advertisement. Better to buy $2 PPSR. Not recommended 1/5 stars.

Scam, do not purchase – Can only use this to get info on vehicles listed on their broken site, yet is advertised in internet search (google) along side others, with no warning that the search is ONLY for vehicles on their site, I wasted $34 and will try to get refund (blood from stone). Why not just sell it to people registered in your own site (Car sales) instead of plastering it on google? Oh because it's a scam.

Official Govt. Report $2 – It's too expensive, not sure why the price is so inflated. I am however, glad that I read the reviews below and saved over $50 by using the cheaper government site ppsr.gov.au

ppsr.gov.au is the place to go – all this is is a ppsr search with some made up date added on. the pricing history and odometer reading have no basis. this site should be closed down, dont use it

absolute scam use ppsr.gov.au – this is a scam, it's basically a ppsr report (which costs 2 bucks) with some other useless info, the odometer reading history is just made up, for example the kms go from 100,000 to 200,000 in a week. dont trust these sites

Inaccurate and a rip off – As others have stated , the Same report is 2 bucks on the official ppsr government site . As for the odometer history, it appears the numbers are just made up, as they are wildly inconsistent and unrealistic .

Not real added value for the price – With a bit of patience and basic googling skills, you can check other providers that will give you similar reports for between less than $3 and $6. Good concept though in terms of convenience if the price was closer to the value they add.

Don't use this service – I submitted a paid for a vehicle history report and received a receipt and a message telling me my report would be available in up to 15mins. An hour later and still got no report so emailed them for an explanation. They managed to reply to my email and yet still to receive the report. Slooooooooow would be an understatement. As mentioned by… Read more

others use the PPSR.gov.au for instant results online for a total cost of wait for it $ 2.00 yes $ 2.00 not the $ 34.00 Carfacts charge you and make you wait for what seems like forever.

cst History costs $29 here and $2 at government website – They got the year of manufacturing wrong! When I spoke to them they informed me the information was taken off the advertisement so all their market comparisons were out. 40 min hold and no offer of a refund. Misinformation and poor service. Correct information can be purchased for $2.00 on the government website.

Don't use them – I got a PPSR report for $3.40 through the website. This has all the info that is needed besides the odometer reading. CarFacts states on their website that they do have odometer reading so to be safe I purchase their report for $29. No odometer reading. I contacted them for a refund as well as sending the PPRS cert to them to prove I only needed… Read more

the odometer reading. Their response was you should have read the FAQ where it had one of the questions answered why they may not have the odometer. Don't waste money and go straight to the PSSR WEBSITE.
