Bad fitting blinds. Does anyone else have problems with the blinds not fitting around the windows properly and especially the bedrooms where the light comes in at approximately 5 in the morning in summer waking me up? Very bad fitting very disappointed with the beaded draw string too. Could have done better with the blinds, floor covering are amazing and the curtains are beautiful just the blinds. Show details

installation team for making the installation process so easy. Arrived on time and got straight to work – it was a pleasure to witness skilled and experienced carpet layers make it all happen so effortlessly given our home has many unusual angles. Happy team too.
Overall, nothing was too much trouble for the Carpet Court team and their installers.
Bottom line is that we are extremely happy with the pre & post sale service, price, installation and most importantly the end result. The new carpet has totally refreshed our home. Loving it! We will certainly be recommending Carpet Court Nunawading to our family and friends. Well done team!!

We had carpet laid by Carpet Court Caboolture in 4 bedrooms and large lounge room. After it was laid the carpet looked stained. I called them and the manager came out and agreed but said it was the pile. The manufacturer came out and said yes it looks stained, like water marks but said it’s not a manufacturer fault. But yes it’s looks terrible. He… Read more
said he will notify the shop and they will contact me. I waited 2 weeks and nothing. I sent them an email and they replied with a letter from the manufacturer that said no further action. So no further action from the store. Never ever use them as their customer service is trash. We are now stuck with cr>p carpet that looks terrible and they don’t give a d>mn. So d>mn angry but what can we do they won’t do anything. All we can do is warn others. Go somewhere else.

Had old carpet removed and new carpet installed by Carpet Court Nunawading in June 2024, it's now over 12 months ago and I'm still very happy with the service I obtained from the team there. patient and supportive in guding me through my learning curve about carpet, so that I could make the best selection for my needs.
Product Quality: Very happy with the quality of the carpet and the underlay materials. No bulges, or folds, or fraying or uplift anywhere. There have been several spills over the year and each time it has been easy to clean with no evidence of damage.
Installation: The installers were great, they were respectful. friendly, focused on getting the job done and attentive to detail, they had the right skills and ability to achieve a flawless installation in every room. They helped move some furniture, took away all the old carpet and underlay and completed the job in one day.
Price: I shopped around quite a bit before selecting this store, I found the price excellent value for the product, the customer service, the installation and after sales service.
I couldn't be happier and can recommend Carpet Court Nunawading for new carpet purchase and installation.
Ben from Carpet Court in Bundall was very good in all areas of us carpeting the full house, no hidden agendas, all in one price including fitting new underlay and the taking away of your old carpet and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this company, especially Ben from Carpet court Bundall. One other mention that the 3 guys who turned up promptly and did a very good job in all areas. Thanks guys. I engaged Carpet Court Gepps Cross for the supply and installation of Easi-Plank Red Stone flooring from Preference Floors, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The flooring was installed in a manner that did not comply with manufacturer instructions or Australian Standards (AS/NZS 1884-2021). As a result, boards warped and tongues… Read more
snapped extensively throughout almost all rooms. The root cause appears to be inadequate preparation of the concrete slab subfloor, which was confirmed by their own installer.
Despite repeated emails and calls over many months, the company failed to provide timely resolutions. Promises of inspections and fixes were made but never followed through. Even after acknowledging the issues, Carpet Court insisted on additional payments before addressing the problems, despite the product being defective.
Under Australian Consumer Law, Carpet Court is responsible for remedying major failures. However, they refused to accept full responsibility, offering only a partial refund of $2,002 (from a $6,460 deposit) and requiring removal and disposal at my expense.
While the tone of their emails suggested willingness to help, their actions did not match. The process was stressful, drawn out, and left us with damaged flooring and unresolved issues for over two years. Summary: I cannot recommend Carpet Court Gepps Cross. Poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and inadequate customer service have caused significant strain. If you value quality and reliability, look elsewhere.

Extremely poor service from the Bunbury Carpet Court - management/the owner have been virtually impossible to contact (except to send me the invoice from a business email not related to Carpet Court). We incurred additional costs as a result of poor communication from Carpet Court and our job still isn't completely finished. It's such a shame… Read more
because the flooring product on the whole is lovely, but the edges are still not completed (plus some wobbly room dividers) and the overall difficulties with communication have really soured the experience.
Update… May 2026 The after sales service has been less than satisfactory & a solution has not been achieved with an issue that we were originally promised would not occur. Carpet court at Warragul were fantastic. From the minute I walked in the store until the installation they went above and beyond. Our home is transformed thanks to their recommendation, expertise and the outcome. Great people, great service and great carpet! Show details

I had 3 different floor coverings installed in different areas. The Vinyl Section: This had to abut different wall areas; uneven brick, corners and skirting boards. I am pretty handy so can appreciate it is difficult to get it flush to an uneven surface. I would however have expected the price to include filling/sealing the gap between the boards… Read more
and the walls which was between 2mm and in some places 7mm. Finishing in this way would prevent capture of dirt/dust, and also prevent mould as the floor will be mopped from time to time and I live in tropical Qld. Again, I am handy so went around with SikkaFlex myself, but this might not be so easy for others. Also, to me this should have been a part of the job.
The Carpet: So they laid entirely the wrong carpet. Then I was at their mercy to wait for the problem to be fixed. This meant I needed to apologise to incoming residents that they now needed to find alternate accommodation for a week as they had scheduled their move based on the timeline which included Carpet Court completing the service as promised when asking for all money up front. The carpet was the last part of some renovations which included painting, which I did. When they pulled up the wrong carpet it caused significant damage to the painted surfaces on the skirting boards as well as halfway up the door jams, and even dented walls. Once more, I'm handy, and had the paint there so did the repairs and touch ups myself which took me a day. I can however see this would have been a bigger and much more expensive issue for someone other than myself and my circumstances. Particularly if they did not have recent colour matched paint on hand.
I am not sure what this trend is of late where trades expect customers to pay in full up front? It reminds me of the song 'Don't pay the ferryman' and certainly takes away any chance you have to conduct assurance or quality check their work. It also leaves you at their mercy for remediation when they have little motivation as they already have the funds.

Dunlop hybrid flooring is not fit for purpose. According to manufacturer you are unable to install under floor insulation below it, so it goes directly onto concrete. Horrendous experience over an extremely unprofessional, intimidating and damaging install. $25k + floors not correctly installed for use, a 5 day install doubled due to poor workmanship, smokos and general whinging. cement, rubble. Did not even vacuum final mess after carpet install. Still finding nails. Damaged brand new fridge. Washed glue down laundry and kitchen sinks rather than their external buckets. Still trying to get glue marks off floors and sinks! Nothing noted on invoices or quotes regarding additional furniture charges! Watched me move furniture inclusive of two beds weighing 80 kilos each due to their resentment of not being paid additional cash in hand. Additional to $25k spend???? Very poor all round communications from front office, to install co ordinator, to install, to owner. I have heart disease and a pacemaker. Frightening to think how they treat elderly folk. Poor service. Definitely not worth it, definitely bad for the Camaro ‘luxury’ product, and definitely took the excitement out of a once in a lifetime floor upgrade. Tried to resolve, but all those originally friendly, ‘can do anything’ folk have gone silent. Definitely felt more like a worker than a customer.

Pathetic service.

Exceptional Experience – We had carpet installed through the builder, of our new home 2 years ago. They contracted the supply and laying to Carpet Court in Shepparton. Our third 5-star review for Carpet Court Helensvale in the last 12 months – This is our third engagement with Carpet Court Helensvale in the last 12 months. Their installation service is second to none using true craftsmen and the end result is outstanding. It has again been a great experience dealing with the Carpet Court team at Helensvale. Never again – Beyond appalling - I had to give an unworthy one star for publication. This is the vinyl floor conversion I have been left with just 2-1/2 yrs after installation. Carpet Court assured me they could vinyl plank over tiles. This is over a silicon expansion joint in my ceramic tiles. The planks were fitted so tight without perimeter expansion and… Read more
when the planks expanded the floor buckled at the only place it could - the silicon expansion joint in the ceramic tiles beneath. Carpet Court told me I had a damp slab which caused the floor to buckle. The floor did not buckle anywhere else ! Only over the silicone joint in the tiles. 5 building inspectors proved there was no damp slab. Carpet Court would not offer repairs even though The office of fair trading tried to have them do so. I tried to work with Carpet Court for a solution but the franchisee absolved himself of the defective installation despite it was deemed so by qualified inspectors and a floor specialist. Beware. I hope my post helps others avoid the angst and financial Carpet Court workmanship resulted it. This is not a ‘forever’ floor anyone would want to be left with.

Native Squared board do not recommend from Carpet Court – I recently had the Native Squared board installed by my builder, sourced through Carpet Court, and it has turned out to be the worst flooring experience I've ever had. manufacturer and Carpet Court to figure out what’s causing the issue, and it seems the problem lies within the boards themselves. I recently saw a show where Jamie Durie was advised to install these boards in a completely different manner to how our builder was instructed. This has made me even more frustrated, as it seems we were not provided with the correct guidance or information.
To make matters worse, the samples we were shown to pick from were stuck together, which gave us the impression that we were selecting a sturdy, quality product. Unfortunately, our floor is clicked togther – it has noticeable movement that creates constant noise. We were sold a product that we were led to believe was of high solid quality, but instead, we are now left with a frustratingly noisy floor that feels far from what was promised.
I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. I expected better from a product and supplier of this supposed quality, and I would strongly advise anyone considering Native Squared boards to think twice before making a decision. You can not walk through our hosue without letting everyone else you are coming, it is noisy enough to wake me up if someone gets up through the night, or not allow me to go to sleep if I can still hear people walking around. It is embarrassing when guests come to visit, and it is the first thing they hear when they step on the floor.
Looks great but don't let that fool you.

Worst experience ever, avoid at all cost – Carpet Court only received one star because I wasn't able to give them zero. Over 5 months after placing the order they came to install the blinds… Read more
only to find out that half the blinds hadn't been measured correctly despite having had a 2nd check measure done. Some of the other blinds arrived damaged and also could not be installed. When we spoke to customer service they were rude and dismissive asking' well have you never mad a mistake?' Zoey in customer service in particular is so rude to deal with. They argued that the blinds hadn't been incorrectly measured despite the guy standing beside us saying he hadn't measured correctly. In October installation was confirmed and although some blinds were installed at this time we are still waiting on at least 6 more as these are still not right. It is now 17th December 2024 and today they arrived for the 5th attempt at installation. We drove up to Maitland from Sydney specifically for the installation and guess what, they haven't been able to install them because the parts are incorrect. I'm sorry but at this stage an apology is nowhere near good enough. Nobody cares and customer service seriously does not give a damn. Asked about a slight refund and have been told this is not possible as it is not their policy. How hard can it be to get this job done when this is what they are in the business of. This company does not deserve your business. We now continue to play the waiting game to see what the next instalment brings, who knows when our blinds will be finally installed!!! Do yourself a favour and find a business that actually cares about its products and most of all its customers.

Artistic masterpiece by installer but deceptive quoting process – I recently engaged Carpet Court to install carpet and luxury vinyl planks into our brand new house. amazing installer (J)! He took his time with the layout of the planks, working with the patterns to get it all right. Now I don't want to put anything on the floor to cover it up! My only complaint/shock was with the quoting process. Carpet Court do not include floor preparation costs in the quote and I didn't realise how much this could have added to the cost (at one stage they were talking over a thousand dollars more that I had not budgeted for!!). Again thanks to our amazing installer who worked out a way of doing it within an amount I could afford. This is a real watch out if you are comparing flooring companies as CC may seem cheaper but in the end you will be hit with hidden costs. Fortunately in our case we came out OK but could have been worse financially.
