Box Catch rubbish – Box Catch Swing Hook was supposedly brass, but turned out to be gold painted plastic rubbish. An email to CWS regarding disappointment and request for return and refund went unanswered. Very poor service.

Excellant service – Excellent service. Will use them again. Only non positive was the cost of the postage. I order a small packet of screws that would have easily fitted into a standard envelope, but they choose to send Parcel post which cost much more than the screws value. Perhaps they need to look at how they send out small items. They made me aware of the postage cost before sending which I accepted.

Not Happy either – Ordered the slow speed grinder. Got a phone call to pick it up. Arrived to find it was sold to someone else and no other grinder available until well into the new year. Stuffed my Christmas gift. A courtesy phone call to ask if I was coming to get it before they sold it would have been nice or even an apology. Never got either. Bought one online. From interstate. You try to support small local business but why bother.......

Bad Quality Product And Customer Service, This Business Has No Integrity – I purchase online from Carroll's Woodcraft Supplies a Vicmarc Slow Speed Bench Grinder. On they website was a nice photo with a blue colour bench grinder, when I got it and opened the box, for my surprise was a white colour bench grinder of inferior quality. The grinder looks that was damaged and someone try to fix it up. I took photos and send it in a email to Carroll's Woodcraft Supplies, they excuse was that they did not opened the box and is Vicmarc responsibility to fix it. I contacted them again and told that I got in contact with Consumers Affairs Victoria and I'm entitle to money back or they to send me the right grinder. I told that I don't want money back, I want the right grinder, the one I payed for, no reply from Carroll's Woodcraft Supplies or Vicmarc. I put the photos of the grinder on Facebook, did not take long for Vicmarc's salesman to attack me. Portraying me as the bad one, how can I do something like this to reputable company, reputable? The next day I got an email from Carroll's Woodcraft Supplies that I have two options, one to except $50 from Vicmarc or to send it back on my on expense. I never came across a small business with a big bag of self importance and arrogance like Carroll's Woodcraft Supplies.
