Carrom Boards Championship

Carrom Board Australia - Striker comes to middle after bounce back without hitting any side wall – Bought this championship carrom board and found out that striker comes to middle of the board when it bounce back even without hitting any side walls. Please see the video from https://youtube.com/shorts/6KLc6foPwTM Side walls of the carrom board is not straight. It has a slight curve. That may be the reason for bouncing back in a different direction than intended.

When I send above video and photos of the curved side walls to the owner of the company ([Name Removed]), he says that this is normal and there is no genuine fault/problem with this board. Refused to accept the return of this item.

I purchased the best board available on this website assuming that it is a real championship board. Unfortunately it is not. I should have bought from a reputable company instead of this kind of business. Don't waste your money and time on these carrom boards.

If you get a good one you are lucky. If you get a faulty one they won't accept a return or a refund. They will try to convince you that this is normal.

[Name Removed] called me and told that he personally checked this board before sending and this issue will fix after changing the powder. He asked to use potato starch or talc powder instead of SSS powder they sent with board. I followed his instructions and did exactly what he said and problem is still there.

I asked for a return authority number to return this faulty product and no reply since 8 days.

Please don't waste your money and time on this product. Please do your research and find an actual championship board which use by International Carrom Federation (ICF) for their tournaments.
