What a horrible place, would not get them to move a thing. Can't even treat your worker right. Have not got a good thing to say about this place

pick up the service agent advised that the car may be around 8 to 9 days of transit, however for reasons unknown to me the car was delivered from Queensland to New South Wales over a period of two days!

The car was kept undercover in the Smithfield depot and pick up process took about 10 minutes. I might’ve got lucky with the delivery timings however based on that I cannot fault their service and in fact it was over the moon when I found out the car was already sitting in the depot.

rejected. They’re level of customer service is highly lacking as they did not bother to provide any level of urgency to the situation, neither did they consider the circumstance.

Car arrived in perfect condition – Bought a Chrysler 300 from Sydney, the dealer shipped it to me using carways, the car arrived to Melbourne in perfect condition. unload vehicle a few times, Excessively dirty, Frog living on it and All stereo settings adjusted (indicative of someone spending more time in the vehicle than for the purpose of loading/unloading). When I asked Carways to explain the condition and removal of tow receiver blank, the response was "car will get dirty during travel" and "can't explain". No responsibility or further action was taken by the company. I used an alternate company to relocate 2 vehicles and towable item, and these arrived clean, minimal additional K's on odometer and minimal fuel usage. A starc comparison to Carways. Do not use this company to transport your valuable assets.

company refused to take any responsibility.

Staff were rude and condescending in the process, not at all responsive to my phone calls and emails, and had every poor gaslighting excuse under the sun as to why I must be mistaken. I’ve never had such poor service from a company before!

Very disappointed, and definitely won’t be using nor recommending to anyone who wants their car safely transported from one location to another.

Carways - Poor service - abrasive to deal with – Toll shipped my Golf Cart with Carways as the carrier. The cart arrived in a filthy condition, with a missing windscreen, a broken shock and the oil was full of fuel (indicative of a rough ride or the cart being on an obscure angle...) The company remain argumentative in taking any responsibility for the damage caused. I will not use Carways again.

Don't trust them – I shipped my car with mcPhee freight who used Carways as the carrier. The car arrived with internal parts stolen. No one would take responsibility for the damage caused. I would not use McPhee or Carways again.

reception, pickup in QLD to drop-off in the ACT were friendly, courteous and very professional. The car was delivered in a reasonable time and arrived in it's original condition. I'd definitely suggest you give Carways a go.

Great service car shipped up to Brisbane from Melbourne. I would recommend carways – Great service easy to use. They picked up our car and delivered it in a very timely manner. Even through the restrictions in Melbourne. I would recommend using carway again

$100k car, damaged. Told 'good by' (yes, he misspelled it) by representative – When the car arrived it was covered in red mud and dust which was so thick you couldn't see that the car had taken a couple of scratches and knocks in transit which were revealed later once it was cleaned. me to get a quote for repairs and forward it to him. He told me, unconditionally, they would pay for half the repairs. I got a quote for repairs and asked [Name Removed] for an email address to send it to at which point he said he wouldn't cover the damage because I told him the car was new. No, I didn't and I had the conversation recorded for just that reason. Then he said dust damage wasn't covered. This wasn't done by dust. Gouges in the paint down to undercoat are not caused by dust. He then said he had a signed condition report by me. I then asked for the contact for his legal department and he told me 'good by'. The customer support guy RAN AWAY. Professional and definitely willing to back up their services...by running away.

All I can say is if you want to use these guys you make the driver wait while the car is cleaned (if it turns up like mine did, looking as if it had driven through the Simpson desert. The seals are still brown from the dirt.) so you can make sure there isn't any damage or tell them you won't accept the car in a filthy state where you can't discern that damage has been done otherwise they'll just say 'you signed the form, good by!'.

There is such significant damage that I will be giving this to my lawyer and requesting that the entirety of the damage be covered by Carways. I would avoid this mob. Took the sheen, literally, off buying my dream car.

all went well – needed a car picked up from dural near sydney to gold coast, phoned carways and they gave me an instant quote door to door that was a reasonable price, took 7 days but thats ok, seem to be a good company and will use them again.

Highly recommend Carways Pty Ltd – Carways were recommended to us from BMW who advised that they exclusively use them and have never had a problem with them. great pride in the pick up and delivery of the vehicle. I dealt with their Brisbane, Lismore and Melbourne offices for shipment of my car down to Melbourne and return back to Brisbane. Highly recommend them. 5 stars!
