waste of money – I joined cashflow capital in 2007 or 2008. I cannot remember what the original joining fee was, several hundred dollars. I then progressed to the "Gold" class life membership for $5000. Total waste. I had 4 different coaches. It seems that each coach gets fired shortly after becoming a coach. I have written off the money paid. I have walked away. You can get lots of info just from the books at major book stores.

Scam - don't believe what they say in the seminars - stay away – They suck you in at the seminars, promising you the world and then they ask for $999 to sign up and deliver nothing but low end investment properties which you can find better deals yourself with a quick search online. investment strategy.

They are nothing but con artists hiding behind seminars.

They mention property development and that you to can be a developer but nothing will come of it.

We joined the program to be a part of the development, we shared our goals and strategies with countless and meaningless meetings but our requests were just ignored and they would come back with their goals for us which was not any where near what our goals where. So then they tried to sell us low end investment properties which didn't suit us at all.

When we realised they were only trying to sell us properties that didn't suit our goals or strategies in our time frames, we then asked for a refund as this had gone on for months already at this stage.

It has been 7 months and they are still refusing to provide us with a refund for non delivery. So, we are now taking them to fair trading to get our money back.

My advise is do not join up - look elsewhere for property advice.

Buyers agents are a far better option, don't waste your money with cash flow capital.
