I enquired about the Catch Pro Chute Blocker and asked why there were no reviews or real online presence, given it’s a $749 product and I was simply doing due diligence. I was told the review section on their website is new, which is why there are no reviews, and that the product was previously called the Advanced Chute System (ACS). They also mentioned there were videos on YouTube and social media.

After looking, I could only find overseas models—not the actual Catch Pro Chute Blocker. I asked if they could send me a direct link, but was told to “just YouTube Advanced Chute Blocker.” I explained I had already done that and couldn’t find their specific product, and asked if they could please provide the link. The response I received was: “Forget it then. Shop somewhere else.”

Based on this experience, I would steer clear. If a company can’t provide a simple link to their own product, has no reviews or clear online presence, and responds rudely to a genuine purchase enquiry, it raises serious concerns about reliability and after-sales support. Buyer beware.
