Cathayne Constructions

Brilliant quality & delivered what they said – I worked with Cathayne constructions recently & found them great to deal with. Building a new custom home is never easy but they guided from start to finish and the finished product was impeccable. Hard to fault.

We Have Had Developments, So Far Things Are Looking Promising – Seems as my rantings have had a response! So far things are settling and getting done! After an *AGE* the D.A. and Basix certificate *hopefully* will be submitted by the end of this week! Yeah, that just means it may sit in someone's in tray over Christmas but they'll have it! Now we'll have to sort and settle things with Cathayne who will after all this may still be the builder! Sorry about the spelling and phrasing in the original, I could've blamed spell check, I was more than ticked off! Stay tuned for further developments!

Slow, difficult and pricey – These are my views...Hard to work with and really slow to do a job and dis-organised. They often use the HIA homeshow where they give advice so that they can get new opportunities. When asked to provide references, they always say that their customers do not want them to and they always refer you to their Miranda home they built. No other references / site visits can be provided.
