Chateau Beach Side Resort

Service & location – Previous reviews on google writing of their service, I found them great. No aircon in the room but value for money, location amazing, views amazing! Quality 3 star accommodation. Easily a short or long time stay. Be great if the windows were washed hahahaha make the views even better!

cancellation policy – Absolute disgrace, to cut to the chase i booked a holiday at the Chateau beachside resort but unfortunately my mother shattered her fema and contracted golden staf while in hospital 8 weeks prior to dates, I gave 6 weeks notice that there would be no chance of her being able to make it, the reply was nothing they could do, and i cant even pass onto anyone as the credit card used, is the only one that can be used to check in. OMG i am furiouus they can do this, i know they will book it out again as there was only 3 rooms left.
