Their information is inconsistent and misleading: • Email responses say one thing, the website says another. • Their postal lead times keep changing, depending on who you speak to. • They provide tracking that doesn’t even work, and then try to shift the blame to the customer. • When I finally asked for a refund, I was told I was outside their “14-day” window — despite their team repeatedly telling me to wait.

This feels like a classic bait-and-delay tactic — string you along, then deny responsibility once it’s too late to claim your money back.
