SCAM SCAM SCAM – 3 YEARS AND STILL NO REFUND! I placed an order with Chilink Massage Chairs back in 2022 for three massage chairs, totalling over $12,000. It is now 2025 and I have not received a single chair, not a single refund, and not a single phone call in over three years. Their so-called "customer service" is by far the worst on the planet. How this company even has 5-star reviews is beyond me—I genuinely question their legitimacy. The salesperson, a man named Steve, never picks up the phone, never returns calls, and when you do manage to speak with him (if ever), his poor English and communication skills make it nearly impossible to get any real answers. To make matters worse, he doesn’t even reside in Australia.

For a company to hold onto a $12,000 payment for three years without delivering anything, without updates, and without basic decency, is not just appalling, it's disgraceful. I am an elderly customer, and it is clear Chilink has taken full advantage of my trust and patience.

This situation reeks of fraud. It has SCAM SCAM SCAM written all over it. Shame on this company for preying on customers and then pretending like we don't exist.

To Chilink: I will not forget this, even if you clearly have. I am still waiting, and I will continue to share my experience until justice is served. Anyone considering buying from this company—RUN the other way.
