Honestly all do not bother wasting your money on this product not only do they take forever to send it and you need to keep writing email after email , not able to call there number as it is NOT connected , CITY LIPS is a rip off company and if you buy one they will charge you twice and then you have bank issues , I hope my review can help others not deal with this stress over a gloss you can buy locally . Great product, but slowest freight choices ever – Excellent gloss, definitely the only plumper that actually works cumulatively. After a few days they have much more volume and definition. Protects lips for hours, very tacky and stays on well. HOWEVER, other USA providers offer express post to Australia for $50, City Beauty offer standard post for $50 and it took 6 weeks 4 days to reach me. They need to adjust and offer express in my lowly opinion.

6 weeks after ordering their lip product it still has not arrived. And the tracking number given gives me the message ‘server can’t find this website’. I emailed them and have just received a reply apologising and offering me a free product for free. But wants me to reply from this email giving my address which I had already given on my email to them which was at the bottom of their email. STOLE MY MONEY! – This company are corrupt. They have stolen my money. I had an allergic reaction to the product and have sent so money emails wanting to return the items and they refuse to answer. They also sent and charged for more items than I ordered. I wish I could give them a MINUS 1000 score. SO DISGUSTING AND CORRUPT

False advertisement – I purchased the city beauty bundle, a lip plumper, lip gloss and mascara for $170 This is not a lip plumper. It is a vanilla smelling sticky poor quality goopy gloss. Feels gluey. Definitely does not plump. The lip gloss was nothing like the colour they advertise, and the mascara is dry and awful. Stay away from this company. City Lips does not deliver on its promises – This product is a lip gloss however that’s the only true statement I can find in their marketing material. It does not restore the look of healthy lips by delivering deep hydration for instant plumping. There is no noticeable smoothing out of the appearance of lip lines & wrinkles at all. because they haven’t even sent it despite about ten emails being sent. They replied to one email referring me to tracking label that said “label non existent”. No communication or goods received.
