City Blinds

Avoid this company – Whatever you do - avoid at all costs. In competent company, zero customer service, 3/5 blinds made to incorrect size, appalling installation skills, have still not delivered all blinds. Headache I didn't need.
Customer Satisfaction What A Joke – I ordered a basswood blind for our back room, when it arrived I notice that one of the wooden slats was bent on the end so many emails later still no replacement slat. This went on for 2 months still no replacement slat, now they tell me that the boss will not replace this slat because it is a custom made blind. So what!
Very Disapointing – On 25 March 2015, I ordered a blind from these guys. The blind was delivered in April 2015. After 8 months the cords started to fray & break. After few emails with the supplier, we could not reach any agreement. Their comment was that the cords are not under warranty & broke because we pulled them. !!!!!! ( I am not kidding) How I am supposed to operate the blind.
I referred the matter with all the supporting emails, pictures, etc... to NSW Fair Trading for their action.
I will keep you informed about the outcome, if any.
Their prices are very competitive because their warranty is a joke.
I paid by Visa Card & their account name is different to their trade name on the website.
My advice to anyone is THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THEM
What a disgrace – If you are thinking of buying blinds online be very careful of these people. We ordered nearly $1000 blinds (basswood white) which, when delivered (late) turned out to be offwhite, despite the photos on their website clearly showing white "white". Their claim of offering the best quality and service is risible, as soon as we made a complaint it was all our fault, the creamy offering delivered is in fact their white, we should have got a sample, no refund don't cal ous again, basically too bad.
Researching ASIC it would appear that the business is unregistered making me think this is little more than a fancy website.
