Overall, customer sentiment toward ClassBento is overwhelmingly positive, with users praising the platform's vast selection of workshops, straightforward booking system, and high-quality instructors. Participants consistently highlight memorable, fun experiences across various creative and culinary classes. While a small subset of reviews notes challenges regarding dispute resolution and communication when rescheduling issues arise, the vast majority of experiences reflect satisfaction and a strong willingness to book future sessions.
I did the Mother’s Day Chocolate Workshop and really enjoyed it. I though we were only making the chocolate flower but we also got to make chocolate bars and other chocolate bites.
Gave this to my elderly father who put this in his draw and did not utilise it. They did not honour it out of date. Pretty poor form for a $300 down the drain. They had no interest in understanding the situation. We will not be using them again.
Really easy to book and find unique experiences, wonderful for a gift or special occasion. It's so important we invest in new experiences that fill our cup and this platform works perfectly for that ❤️ Used this platform twice now, and both times had wonderful experiences I highly reccomend: 1. Turkish Lamp making workshop @ Love In Istanbul in Adelaide 2. Terrarium making workshop @ Botanista in Adelaide

Really good experience with the platform, everything was added into my calendar on time and they sent me notifications when needed. My class was amazing, learned so much! Thank you !
Amazing experience overall! loved the vibe, the beads, instructions, the staff members were very nice and helpful and the coffee and turkish delight were the cherry on top!
One great experience to learn Thai style cuisines . Do try and thank me later
I had a lot of fun in class. It is the first time I tried this technique and the teacher made all the instructions easy to understand and apply. in the end we all had beautiful art pieces and I really want to do more of these classes Show reply
Received as a present and loved the class so much I'll definately be signing up for lessons! Such a cute space, with great vibe and very patient instructors. Can't wait to come back! Show reply
So easy to find and book a class on Class Bento. A great selection of arts to choose from and with plenty of availability. We loved our tufting class with Tutu studio. Will definitely be booking more!
We’ve done a few Classbento dates now and all the Businesses that have hosted the dates have been great.
Did this cute “Cake Candle Workshop: Create Your Own Dessert Candles” with a friend and it was such a wonderful experience. We had so much fun and it was so therapeutic for us, we could stay there for longer (if possible). Yoshie (host) was so lovely, provided easy to understand instructions. Definitely would do this again and highly recommend!

Dad and I attended a Chinese Dumpling Cooking Class and we had so much fun. Chef Daniel was a vibe and explained every step really clearly (which was super helpful for my ESL dad). Show reply
We booked this private art class for a birthday celebration and honestly expected wine, snacks, and several terrible paintings. What we got was an absolute blast. The instructor (Catherine) somehow managed to keep convincing us we had hidden artistic talent buried under years of drawing crooked stick people. The atmosphere was relaxed, fun,… Read more · 1
and zero-pressure -> perfect for a group with wildly different skill levels.
Location in the middle of Subiaco was perfect. We arranged our class for a Sunday so we had little traffic to contend with and no parking issues.
Anyway, by the end of the class, everyone had a painting they were weirdly proud of and about 400 new inside jokes. Easily one of the best birthday activities we’ve done. Highly recommend for anyone wanting chaos, creativity, and a suspicious amount of paint on their clothes.
Beginners wheel pottery course for kids. Sophia loved it. The teacher was fantastic. Small class and very instructive. She hasn’t stopped talking about it!
Caroline is a fantastic teacher! I enjoyed my first class with her so much that I registered in this one also. She provides a relaxed environment, provides brilliant knowledge and support as progressing through the class. Thank you!

Easy to navigate site with relevant information. I really enjoyed the traditional stained glass painting course. It was a unique opportunity. Well priced with excellent teacher and facilities.
Follow-up · Small class size meant lots of support and guidance when making my panel. I learnt so many skills to complete this work on the day. Susi is a great teacher and so knowledgeable.
Disgusting treatment – Disgusting company. Last year, my youngest daughter gave me a gift for Mother's Day of a class at ClassBento. I purchased another class for my eldest daughters birthday on 30 June 2023 so that we could go together. My daughter's partner had been… Read more
diagnosed with cancer in 2023 and life was stressful while he was having radiation treatment and an operation in August of 2023. We totally forgot about the classes. I recently remembered the two classes and asked ClassBento how I could redeem the vouchers. They have pretty much given me a $40 voucher for two classes that we paid $280 for. I am quite frankly disgusted with this company and the lack of empathy. I will never use their services again and I will most definitely tell everyone I know to do the same. Shameful. P.S. I wrote a comment on their Instagram page and they have blocked me. This just gets worse.
Follow-up · Nothing ever happened and I will never use ClassBento ever again.
Soap making class with Erin was amazing! She explained the history of soap making and then we got into the chemistry of it. Hands on was amazing and came away with 12 amazing smelling bars of soap. Great class! Show reply
Follow-up · The class was great value for money, I have now done another class with Erin, soap making is addictive.

Extremely disappointing experience with ClassBento. We purchased a gift voucher directly through ClassBento, and the booking was made using their platform. When an issue arose, we were repeatedly directed between ClassBento and the class provider, with neither taking responsibility for resolving the matter. The class provider advised that they… Read more
were willing to amend the booking if instructed by ClassBento, as ClassBento owns and controls the booking system. Despite this, no resolution was provided.
To make matters worse, the purchase receipt is issued by ClassBento, meaning they are the business consumers contract with, yet we were still told to deal with the class provider. The provider has since stated they will not correspond further and that the issue rests with ClassBento.
As a customer, I expected the company that sold the gift voucher, processed the payment and operates the booking platform to take ownership of resolving a customer dispute. Instead, the experience has been one of being passed from one party to another without any meaningful assistance.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend ClassBento's customer service or after-sales support. Consumers should be aware that if an issue arises, obtaining a resolution may be far more difficult than expected

I booked my first bentoclass with Elin (Travel Drawing Class). I really enjoyed my 1 on 1 private class with Elin. She was very welcoming. She has a very cute, friendly dog and her studio is adorable. I was a little nervous as I am an introvert but I slowly opened up to Elin with my art struggles and my future goals. She was very understanding and… Read more · 1
showed her support. I knew I’d be in great hands considering her years of art experience. She started off with warm ups and she taught me different techniques. I will ensure to use her tips and reflect on our session when I do the next drawing solo. I’m happy with this experience I got to have with Elin. I love my drawing I did with her. It is my first art class and I look forward to seeing her again. I highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to try it out. I was learning how to do art on YouTube but I felt like I needed more of personal guidance which I achieved with Elin.
I am looking forward to booking different types of classes within bentoclass. I’d like to get out of my comfort zone and socialise with others while having fun. Learning how to paint with acrylic and how to make a bouquet are on my bucket list. Thank you for a good experience
Ceramic Painting Workshop: Clay Soirée – We went for a hens activity, and everyone had a ball!!! It was so much fun. We cannot wait to pick them up! Emma was the staff member who looked after us, and she was very kind, and her demonstration was informative. There was a great range of items to paint on, and we love that they are all handmade in the studio. Members of our party painted… Read more
mugs, bowls, candle holders, ring holders and vases. And there were still more options available. We brought drinks and food with us, and they kindly lent us glassware, cutting boards and an esky (arranged with the studio prior).
To note when booking: The private booking is for a private table in a shared space. When we booked, we thought it was a private space, like a side room, so we were a bit confused when we arrived and were shown to our table. But it wasn't an issue for us, and honestly, you're so focused on your painting that you don't even notice other people. I would recommend dressing for the weather; the studio isn't temperature-controlled. So if it's warm, dress like it's hot, etc. :)

My 11 year old daughter really enjoyed it. In the first lesson she made lavender. The teacher was great and it was easy to book the class. I will book again for my daughter to get more practice.
My friends and I did a tufting workshop with DREAMIE CRAFT STUDIO in the city. The teachers were extremely helpful and we had so much fun. Booking through ClassBento was very easy.
Had a fantastic experience through ClassBento! The booking process was simple and seamless, and the class itself was well-organised, engaging, and a lot of fun. The instructors were friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable regardless of skill level. It was a great way to learn something new, meet like-minded people, and step… Read more
outside of my usual routine. I left with new skills, great memories, and something I was proud to create. Highly recommend ClassBento to anyone looking for unique experiences, creative workshops, or a fun activity with friends, family, or colleagues.
Great platform to learn new skills. I signed up an native cocktail class, and I love it. The host is very nice and knowledgable and the whole class is very interactive, and of course, with tasty cocktails.
I took my friend coaster tufting for her graduation and we had an incredible time. The instructors were really friendly and we were able to take our coaster tuftings home the same day!
