I thoroughly enjoyed the Glass Infusion Workshop! It was a fun and creative experience, and the teacher was incredibly helpful, patient and encouraging. I loved learning something new and would highly recommend it.
Had the best experience at Colourful Wine in Tallawong during the Resin Art class! The team were so lovely and helpful. The studio itself is really cute and absolute bonus that you can order hot food and drinks directly from them too. Looking forward to my next session!
I had so much fun in the class and now have a beautiful ocean design cheeseboard! The teacher Amy was very helpful and patient. Highly recommend for a fun girls night.

Amazing experience overall! loved the vibe, the beads, instructions, the staff members were very nice and helpful and the coffee and turkish delight were the cherry on top!

I attended the Whimsical Watercolour workshop on Saturday. Absolutely loved the whole day. The location was beautiful and peaceful, the teacher was lovely and informative, I learned new skills and met some lovely people. Can't recommend it highly enough ❤️

I loved my pottery and mosaic classes. Getting the class booked was super easy and if you have any question you can just send a message to whoever is doing the course and they reply very fast. Loved the service!

So easy to find and book a class on Class Bento. A great selection of arts to choose from and with plenty of availability. We loved our tufting class with Tutu studio. Will definitely be booking more!
We’ve done a few Classbento dates now and all the Businesses that have hosted the dates have been great.
Did this cute “Cake Candle Workshop: Create Your Own Dessert Candles” with a friend and it was such a wonderful experience. We had so much fun and it was so therapeutic for us, we could stay there for longer (if possible). Yoshie (host) was so lovely, provided easy to understand instructions. Definitely would do this again and highly recommend!

I had the best time making my Botanical pottery item and hope to come back soon to make the matching mug as soon as I am able to.
Follow-up · They gave basic instructions on how to knead the clay and get air bubbles out and how to not make it too thick or too thin .I think the class went for an 1.5hrs but cant remeber to be honest and clean up was not much at all.
Easy to navigate site with relevant information. I really enjoyed the traditional stained glass painting course. It was a unique opportunity. Well priced with excellent teacher and facilities.

diagnosed with cancer in 2023 and life was stressful while he was having radiation treatment and an operation in August of 2023. We totally forgot about the classes. I recently remembered the two classes and asked ClassBento how I could redeem the vouchers. They have pretty much given me a $40 voucher for two classes that we paid $280 for. I am quite frankly disgusted with this company and the lack of empathy. I will never use their services again and I will most definitely tell everyone I know to do the same. Shameful. P.S. I wrote a comment on their Instagram page and they have blocked me. This just gets worse.

I will ensure to use her tips and reflect on our session when I do the next drawing solo. I’m happy with this experience I got to have with Elin. I love my drawing I did with her. It is my first art class and I look forward to seeing her again. I highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to try it out. I was learning how to do art on YouTube but I felt like I needed more of personal guidance which I achieved with Elin.

class…..no one there to run class…forgot our booking. Phone call made to teacher who arrived 10 mins later by car. Then had to wait while they set up. When seated in class in front of materials….it was modelling clay and gold and silver leaf! Absolute joke! Target audience….5-8 year olds….not my 18 and 20 year old! Asked for an explanation. English not first language so communication was difficult. Told the I wanted a full refund….and walked out of class. Got half refund. Told the other half was for the booking and teacher’s time! I will never use Classbento again!! And have warned others about the poor service and falsely advertised classes. Now pursuing action with Consumer Affairs to get my money back!

mugs, bowls, candle holders, ring holders and vases. And there were still more options available. We brought drinks and food with us, and they kindly lent us glassware, cutting boards and an esky (arranged with the studio prior).
To note when booking: The private booking is for a private table in a shared space. When we booked, we thought it was a private space, like a side room, so we were a bit confused when we arrived and were shown to our table. But it wasn't an issue for us, and honestly, you're so focused on your painting that you don't even notice other people. I would recommend dressing for the weather; the studio isn't temperature-controlled. So if it's warm, dress like it's hot, etc. :)

I recently did the Gin Making Masterclass that my gf bought me. Liz was a fantastic host! I learned a lot and had a fun time chatting with her as we waited for our gin to distill. I've done other courses too and they've all been enjoyable.
Class Bento is amazing! I have done the Bonsai making class and it was a great experience. The teacher was friendly and knowledgeable and I came home with an amazing plant and tips to care for it.
The life drawing session was great. The session coordinator had everything well organised, and communicated with the participants so we knew the length of the various poses in advance. The environment was friendly and relaxed and the model came up with some excellent poses. I'll definitely be attending again!

Gave this to my elderly father who put this in his draw and did not utilise it. They did not honour it out of date. Pretty poor form for a $300 down the drain. They had no interest in understanding the situation. We will not be using them again.

Extremely disappointing experience with ClassBento. We purchased a gift voucher directly through ClassBento, and the booking was made using their platform. When an issue arose, we were repeatedly directed between ClassBento and the class provider, with neither taking responsibility for resolving the matter. were willing to amend the booking if instructed by ClassBento, as ClassBento owns and controls the booking system. Despite this, no resolution was provided.
To make matters worse, the purchase receipt is issued by ClassBento, meaning they are the business consumers contract with, yet we were still told to deal with the class provider. The provider has since stated they will not correspond further and that the issue rests with ClassBento.
As a customer, I expected the company that sold the gift voucher, processed the payment and operates the booking platform to take ownership of resolving a customer dispute. Instead, the experience has been one of being passed from one party to another without any meaningful assistance.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend ClassBento's customer service or after-sales support. Consumers should be aware that if an issue arises, obtaining a resolution may be far more difficult than expected
