ClickSend

Does everything I want at a reasonable cost – I am using ClickSend to send me an SMS if my burglar alarm is tripped. The Raspberry Pi code they give on their website works as described. I can only comment on my particular use of their system, but for me its perfect and should be quite a low cost solution.

Pathetic customer service and data mining practices! – Just opened an account and they emailed me saying they want to 'verify it's not spam', and then I replied and clarified. 'Spam verification' very conveniently changed to asking for company email address and more just to activate account!

Breach of Australian spamming laws – In December 2017 I made the mistake of investigating if ClickSend was a viable option for our use. It was not. Since then I receive emails monthly from Ashleigh McCaffery touting for my business ... despite my polite replies saying "No thank you", changing email preferences & unsubscribing (3 times). Purely and simply this is unsolicited spam and in breach of many laws including Australian Federal law. Get your act together!

Highly Recommended – We send up to 100,000 messages a month and the company we were with were totally inefficient and could not even keep their system working. ClickSend are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help! If you want great service at good prices then I highly recommend ClickSend!

Best SMS gateway – Amazing service from these guys. Definitely recommended. They really are the messaging experts. Seem to have the best service for the lowest price. We started with the free trial and started using it in production within a few days.
