Best way to remove excess oil – I suffer from blemishes and red spots, this lotion helped reduce oil levels on my face, blemishes and especially red spots were gone within a few days, if used as part of the 3-step system it is amazing. There are 4 levels, the 3.5 and 4.5 are for very oily and oily/combination skin and 1.5 and 2.5 are for very dry and dry/combination skin. Strong alcohol smell
