Best claim service ever

I’ve never had an insurance claim go through as easy as with Club Marine. After the stress of a fire on our boat, we rang the claims department the following morning. We got the usual,” you need to get quotes “. As we were cruising north on our sailing cat, my thoughts were we can’t wait for the whole process so we organise for electrical repairs in Mackay. Thinking we would have to pay for it ourselves or miss our cruising time. After having all the replacement parts fitted & repairs done, we emailed all receipts to Club Marine, who paid the money into our account within a week.

Excellent service

Excellent service from the minute I lodged my claim all the way through to completion. Club Marine, their appointed accessor (Rob Marine Leisure <rob@marineleisure.com.au>) and the contractors (AME & others) all introduced via the accessor / Club Marine, managed the project well at GCCM. Boat insurance claim

Claim assessment took 3 to 4 weeks which was bit disapointing. Once assesed the claim went through fairly quickly. My claims officer service wad good.

The way a claim experience should be

Shared damage details after calling to confirm the process. While waiting for the weather to clear to get photos i received a call from Bill to ensure that everything was ok and he clarified what I needed to do. Followed the process and it was the most painless claims experience in my 63 years. Everyone told me how difficult it was going to be and they were all wrong!! Show reply
