Cobb & Co. Pendulum

Absolutely love my Cobb & Co pendulum clock – I love the swinging pendulum and subtle ticking of the clock. We don't use the chime. The quality of finish is excellent and the clock keeps accurate time. I purchased my clock second hand and I cant fault it, it is one of my favourite items in the house.

Great customer service – The movement on my Cobb and Co clock stopped and customer service replaced the movement. They still value me as a customer, even though we purchased the clock over 20 years ago. Thank you and well done.

Worst customer service ever! – Do not waste your money on this company. Their service is pathetic! Do not count on their lifetime warranty nor after sale service. unbroken clock and even so they sent us a walnut finish instead of oak as per specifically requested! What a joke! We cannot be bothered dealing with this company anymore so will just keep the clock. We consider +$300 down the drain! The personalisation process is a nightmare too and truly, save yourself some heartaches and headaches! Oh and we ordered a large one too. What a mistake!Looking at that clock just reminds me of the headaches and we don't even want to hang it!

Wonderful gift – My pendulum clock was a gift from my family & is a wonderful timepiece with a special inscription on the dial. It's certain to be a family heirloom, and will be pride of place in our home.

Warranty and Service a Joke. Never Again – Received the Pendulum Clock and the chiming mechanism did not work. Tried ringing Cobb & Co but always got a recorded message. would have to pay to get it fixed here as it would be cheaper than posting it back to them. Received the new chiming mechanism 3 weeks later and took it to the local jewellers to get the new chiming mechanism put in. The jeweller had to get another new chiming mechanism as that one did not work either. The cost of fixing it was $50.00 and have tried ringing Cobb & Co to see if they will refund me but they have not rang me back.

You may as well forget about any warranty with the clocks, customer service is nearly non existent and the chiming sounds tinny. Never again. Not Much Chiming mechanism did not work. Bad customer service. Forget the warranty. Not good quality for price.
