company, they ARE fraudulent - I had to dispute the Visa transaction with my bank it took about 60 days but I finally received a full refund AND I have contacted Fair Trading NSW. I believe the directors are Australian citizens that use a Chinese shoe manufacturer that makes COPY shoes. If that is the case anybody that has purchased and had a similar experience please contact Consumer Affairs Fair Trading NSW - Reference 7837122

AND also contact your Bank to dispute the transaction and apply for a chargeback and full refund.

Scam! – I have order few pairs of shoes and then I got email from 'customer service' called [name removed] that they want the copy of my VISA card and ID card to be able to send me the goods. I have been emailing with them for short time to get back the money but they still keep saying the need the copies of ID and VISA. I have contacted my bank and I hope I will get my money back somehow. Do not buy from this site!!!

Be warned!! – This site is bogus and the shoes displayed are not the ones you receive. The site is in Shanghai and is not Australian. They wont refund and offer you a discount off your next order. I also have been unable to get a refund from Visa so am out of pocket as well as having an ugly pair of shoes I can't use . They have a new excuse with every email. DO NOT Buy, it's a scam – Same as other viewers, I wish I had looked her first. Boots arrived, wrong size, brand. The only thing right was the colour. Emails back & forth. I've now lodged complaint with my visa company, they are looking into it for me. Please do not buy from these people

Total scam! – Do not order from these people it's a total con. Same as other reviewers - ordered shoes, totally wrong style, colour etc. arrived - in fact they look like knock-offs the quality is soo bad. Wish I'd looked for reviews before ordering. Lesson learned.

Useless – Ordered shoes, sent me the best selling pair they have which I didn't want, now won't refund scam scam. Do not use this website.

Scam – Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and recieved 2 pairs from Shanghai that were nothing like we ordered - unknown brands and shoes of very poor quality. Do not buy from this website - they are a scam. We have had our money refunded from visa who are doing an investigation - get onto it quick!. We have also reported the website to scamwatch who will hopefully be able to close it down - please report it as well.

ripped off by cogen consult .com.au – After ordering boots online with money I recieved from my birthday I recieved some boots that were not Naot boots paid $200 dollars am absolutely LIVID about this and disgusted.Please do not buy from this website!!!!!

Wrong colour, size and style – DONT USE. Website seemed Australian. Receipt email was not Australian. I asked for the order to be cancelled. They sent it anyway. Wrong size/style/colour. They want me to keep the wrong shoes and do a "deal" with their manager.

Do not purchase anything through this company! – Cogenconsult is a fraudulent company based in China (although they lead you to believe that they are an Australian Based Shoe Company. The shoes which I received from them were NOTHING like the shoes which I had ordered and are a knock off pair of 'Louis Vuitton'.
