Coles Australian Vintage Cheddar

Coles Vintage Cheese slices – I have been purchasing COLES VINTAGE CHEESE SLICES at $4.40 for around 3 years now since I believe WW cheese slices were reduced in intensity. Now I question if Coles have reduced the ageing of the extra tasty cheese down to just tasty without telling us. I would prefer they increased the price and had not reduced the ageing of the extra tasty cheese. I eat a LOT of this cheese but have to question it now as I believe it is not nearly as good as it was. I have also noticed it is now a darker colour which means milder flavour. Is the unsliced the better quality and only the sliced has been downgraded. I have around 21 packets in my fridge and would like a 'qualified' answer Coles cheese supplier!.
