Colgate Total Proof

Very strange – A very odd product - poor off-white colour, contains blue crystals which fail to complete dissolve during use but make a persistent mess of sinks, clothing, towels and whatever they wind up on- seems to have disappeared from shops now so has probably been withdrawn.

Most terrible product – This is the most terrible product that leaves permanent blue stain on the basin and could not be removed by any cleaning product. I have to either live with this ugly annoying stains in the sink or replace with new basin. Colgate should compensate consumers for the damage.

Burning tounge and mouth – I have only been using this toothpaste for a couple of weeks and I have chucked it away. Whatever crap is in it has caused my toungue and mouth constantly burn and my lips were always drt in the short time with no such previous issues like this before. I only wish I put two and two together earlier.

Not one of there best – Won't get this again as it left blue stains in the bathroom sink that were hard to remove.i was useing a spray and wipe every time I used it.also found the tube was full of air....not there best

I thought I was getting sick – I bought this toothpaste by accident and the whole time I used it my lips became really dry and started cracking. I thought I was getting sick, or had become deficient in something, because no matter what I did the sides of my mouth were always cracked and dry. Then when i started using my usual toothpaste I was fine again. I was so relieved that it was just the toothpaste. I will never buy it again and I don't think anyone should.

Blue stains – Messy blue stains that need to be washed away immediately. Toothpaste does the job but nothing special. Would not purchase again. R & D department needs to rethink this product.

Staining basins! – This toothpaste has permanently stained my vanity! There are blue spots all over my basin, that l'm unable to remove! I have tried many different cleaning agents and l will now have to replace my basin! This product should be removed from the market! Not happy.

Colgate Total Proof – I totally agree with Stevo, stains the basin and towels, I have taken the tubes out of both bathrooms and replaced with standard Total. I cannot understand how it passed user testing.

I think this product is giving false claims – Colgate claims by using this product and by it changing from white to blue gives proof that is actually killing the germs in your mouth more. They say ''with colour changing technology''. All there appears to be is small blue spheres that break up the more you brush your teeth. Nothing more! basin properly you end up with small blue stains in your basin. But you don't find this out until later.

Take this product off the shelves.
