Collier Road Metal Recycling

RIPOFF, MISLEADING, INSULT TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS hiding behind a good cause – My 12 year old has dedicated herself as many other children to collect, separate, arrange the household general recycling bottles, cans etc... since Christmas 2021 and she decided to take to a recycling facility situated at 228 Collier Rd, Bayswater WA 6053 under the name Collier Road Metal Recycling. She had followed by the book the terms and conditions of the scheme stated under the website:(https://www.containersforchange.com.au/wa) which are very clear and also a great incentive for children and everyone willing to contribute to recycling by reducing the carbon footprint. She is only 12 and can count very well not according to the person who counted her recycling items. It was so insulting as once we drove off she realized on our way home the individual counted 143 items instead of 250. It was clear not only that it was a RIP OFF, insulting, misleading, careless act or any way you would like to address this company using the scheme to make a profit under someones activities. Considering the fact that she had all photographic evidence of the contents and had separated the items in 50's per each bag to help with the process. We called the recycling company and never got a call back. It always goes to voicemail. I wonder why. It's infuriating to know lots of children use this scheme to collect some sort of legal funds for schools, pocked money, charities or any other personal reasons and individuals like these destroy the principal of the scheme which has a general good cause. I would appreciate if the general public avoided these types of organizations. I would be grateful if the organizers of these scheme (https://www.containersforchange.com.au/wa) would monitor this situation by revoking the license to represent the scheme itself. The general public should be aware and your children should not be insulted in any way shape or form from companies like Collier Road Metal Recycling. I hope this review will alert others and also hope children and parents will not stop recycling based on this company lack of respect. Kind regards,
