Conair Illuminations LED Lighted Mirror

Great while it lasted – It was fine until the 12 month mark when the light stopped working. With no way to repair it, it is now virtually useless. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this mirror.

false warranty appalling customer service – Mirror stopped working and supposedly has endless led lamp. Looked up spare parts - none listed. rang up company to inquire what could have gone wrong - got told I was looking for a fight! Asked to speak to manager who stated overheard conversation and when i asked if they thought that was acceptable customer care said i was being rude and then started one me again.

Australian warranty is for 12 months only - lamp claims on specification are fake - customer care can only be described as toxic - I suggest to stay aware from all conair products because the warranty is also useless.

Great vanity mirror – I’ve been looking for a suitable vanity mirror for over a year. It needed to swivel, illuminate and be able to magnify. Well, it certainly does all of that! It has 3 light settings around the mirror, and mood lighting on the base. There is a x10 magnifying mirror that magnetically attaches to the centre of the main mirror so you can easily attack those eyebrows. Looks stylish too! Overall very pleased.
