Brand new car first wash and damaged all the shiny black panels scratched them all caused massive swirl damage - proceeded to tell me it was normal and was there before the wash. Rude staff.

Booked the premium car wash at burwood and when I picked the car up it was still so surety absolutely terrible for $120 they charged
Awful experience, very rude staff, the door handle came off after I picked it up, it smells and to add to it I’ve been contacted multiple times to try and upsell me for more services, safe to say I will never go back

car. I ran out to stop this - he just ignored me. I tried to get in to stop the wipers. They are on the left side of the steering wheel, so they had not been turned on by mistake. This was a deliberate act of vandalism. Next , I looked in the cup holders and they were floating in water......... WHY????????? when all I wanted was a vacuum, I said I did not want ANYTHING else. My seat was wet through. The centre console was wet through. I told him to get out.
All of a sudden no one spoke English, how odd is that. ???????????
He tried to physically stop me leaving by holding my car door open and standing over me.

DON'T USE THEM Booking was made online on Thursday for following Monday. Arrived 10 min before the time to go through everything but was told they have no "slot" for my vehicle, not even aware of the online booking!
This place is a joke!! Went to get my car washed and detailed inside and they couldn't do it, that was fine, I get you're busy. Was told to come back tomorrow and they could definitely do it. booking time to be told they can't clean my car (even though I was told the day before they could, and even with an online booking)?? The guy then began to whinge about the owner and the online booking service, whinged about another staff member due to start work at 9am, whinged about the 'drive-up' bookings and whinged about the Subaru he was working on. Asked when I could get my car done and he said, "uuuurgh it will be a while". Told him I was happy to leave my car, and that I wasn't in a rush, but he didn't seem to keen for another job so I left. Don't waste your time here if you're wanting a bigger job done - your custom isn't wanted!!

puddles. I asked for a cloth as we were unable to put any of our shopping on the floor. I them got in and the seats were all the way back that I saw no cleaning had been done under the seats the dust was so thick. I then continue to look and a lot was not done. I also seen that the button on the hand brake was missing. When I approached the manager he said it wasn't there when I gave it to them. I assure them it was there it now has 2 prongs sticking out it would cut my thumb when I would release it. I was told to wait as they look for it and fix the cleaning issues. As I wait, the customers waiting for their cars all seamed to have a problem with the service.. They were all waiting for someone thing to be fixed. They took another 38 minutes to fix my problem with the cleaning but not one of them tried to find the button. The manager seem to avoid every issue. I was told they couldn't find it and would contact the owner to contact me. I left my phone number, email and a business card. It's 2 weeks later and nothing. The promise me it would be fixed. Very bad customer service, very bad cleaning and still drove an hour home and found more issues.

I was very happy with the service i received from the and staff .Staff were very friendly always smiling. My car looks so clean in and out worth the money will go back .Thank you guys for doing a great job.
Car was cleaned well, but once done I was charged $110 then told staff had broken the front passenger door, preventing it from latching closed. This made the car unable to be driven! No help was offered at all from staff and they tried to blame the damage on pre-existing fault. When they were washing the car I saw them slamming the doors multiple times!
Horrible, horrible, horrible – Jacked up the price to $80 and damaged the interior, also did a piss poor job on the clean. Absolute [Content Removed] business, DO NOT FUND THESE CLOWNS

attendants Jaspit and not sure the other guy's name (both Indian/Nepali descent) said they didn't take it but were very agitated and very defensive as i started to inquire and asked them to search around. They look like they were under the influence of some illegal substance in my honest opinion and got ready blame me even though i didn't even accuse them yet. They weren't helpful in trying to locate my items and merely try to blame it on me. I wouldn't make a big fuss over this as these are minor items but its the principle and integrity of the staff there if they took items that didn't belong to them. They have appalling customer service, just continually trying to push me to get their most expensive wash. I would never recommend any one to utilize their service at Hurstville.

too dirty which is absolutely INSANE… I don’t have pets or kids, and I had removed every item from my car. All that was present was a bit of dust across the dash and some dirt/sand on the floor mats. I take pride in my car and cannot believe the audacity of this jerk. I asked if he was joking and he mumbling some barely there English and when I said I’ll take my car elsewhere he just walked off. Completely disinterested and clearly not prepared to perform the mid range priced service. I’ve had issues with this place in previous years, stupid of me to think I’d give them another chance.
Just after more and more money to wash a car – I booked my car and was then advised the express wash doesn’t really wash your car and vacuum is also express and for $65 they really won’t do much and I had to spend at least $95. Then there is a 4-5 hour wait to pick up the car! What a joke. Consumer affairs should be watch if I’m paying $65 for you wash my car you should do it properly or not offer the service.
Gift Voucher – I also got a $300 gift voucher from them and was suspicious it was a scam and after reading all the reviews it seems like it is maybe a cover for a scam!
Poor work ethics – had my car washed at this place....when I got home, I had to go over the windows again to remove all the marks left on them. the interior of my glass roof wasn't even cleaned by them. They sent a review email and I gave them a low rating, to which they sent a message stating someone will call regarding my poor rating....I won't be holding my breath. It has been two days already and no contact......
False advertising – Booked for a premium wash online. When I arrived was told they couldn't vacuum my car as promised in the online description of the premium wash. Was told it would be another $25 to vacuum. This is false advertising and poor business behavior. They waited until I drove all the way there to then try and jack up the price. I chose to leave and not get my car cleaned.
Aggressive behaviour from a worker! – I would never take my vehicle to this place! I was going to, but not after the way I was spoken to by one of the Workers. The way they speak to their customers, is honestly disgusting!!
Time Wasters – Booked for 8am to coincide with shopping. Sat waiting nobody showed. Rang customer service.. while waiting I noted the site specific listing said 8:30 open and eventually told by Customer service that opening was 9 am. So you can book online for a time that isn't open.. you can arrive at the site opening time only to be told that too is wrong.
Took my money without the service – I generally don’t give a bad review but have to say something after ringing several times speaking to Aaron and being promised a reply to rectify the situation but to no avail. do that and cant I see that they have no ladder. I was told I can drive from Brookvale to Eastgardens to get the roof done but would cost $40 extra . Tolls alone and my time cost me more than $40. I would never have gone in first place if I knew was only going to get 1/2 the car washed. Do not support this company - they do NOT care about the customer, ringing them multiple times was a waste of time.

basic wash. It was so evident to him the car interior wasn’t up to the standard and yet he was rude and told me my car need a lot of work that require polish and leather servicing. I initially asked for a standard wash for $55 but he keep insisting I need to pay for super wash to get a better clean. It seem they ask for extra but still end up doing the basic. I feel like I’m being rip off. For the marks that they told me cannot be clean , I simply end up wiping it off in front of him with detool wipe. I paid to have my car clean and yet I still have to clean it myself. I feel he just want me to pay more thinking I wouldn’t know any better. This type of service or behavior is disgusting and really upset me that they are not providing a service with work ethic or professionalism.
Perfect – Concierge Car wash at Shellharbour did a great job washing and detailing my car. I wanted it to look perfect when I gave it to my daughter in law the following day. It looked wonderful and she was delighted as was I. Thank you.

area. I am so annoyed and gave them 100 at the tine refused to pay any more and InfAct my car is in worse shape now. They didn’t vacuum floors properly, the seats were drenched with water but look no cleaner, the door jams and inside my hatch at the boot not cleaned. Wheel rims not cleaned. Basically they did an external wash and then saturated my seats with water and a chemical and wiped all internal surfaces and charged 140. If I hadn’t seen the damage to my headlight I would have paid them 140 and left thinking it was a crappy job but with the damage they have done I’m fuming and regret going there. They just Refered me to the email and at the same time were arguing with another lady as she had claimed they had damaged her number plate. In all of this they were rude and don’t have any manners. I asked to see the cloth they used on my headlight and the guy pulled out a dirty chamois he was cleaning internal leather seats on another car. I asked if this is the only cloth they use across all jobs inside and out - yes. He said ‘it’s a chamois if you know what that is ‘ like I was a stupid tensile. I replied ‘ yes I do I have a clean one here in my glove box’ . I said you have used a dirty cloth to buff the exterior and he said no this and even if I used a dirty cloth it wouldn’t do that damage , he then proceeded to grab a dirty rag of the ground and rub my car with it to demonstrate his point ! I asked him to stop and realised I am going to get no where except for potentially more damage to my car ! Just a terrible experience STAY AWAY THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR RESPECT FOR THE JOB.They gave me no receipt for payment either.

besides the exterior of the car being wet, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING had been done. No wash (yes, even though the car was wet), no vacuuming done, the dash was still dusty, the insides of the doors were as dirty as when we took it to them. The cup holder, gear shift boot & handbrake were all still filthy.
The rest of the car was exactly the same; it hadn't been touched. Mind you they still took the gift certificate.
We contacted them the 'following day' & sent photos & voiced our displeasure at the crappy job but never received a reply.
I followed up a few weeks later by calling the head office to complain where I was directed to their website where I would be able to make an online complaint & send photos, which I did.
The reply was - "Due to the length of time it has been there is very little we can do as we cannot rectify any areas of concern due to this being 4 months since the initial service. The best we can do is provide you with a complimentary exterior wash."
We brought this to their attention the day after the job had supposedly been done. We then called a few weeks later for a follow-up complaint. We then sent clear photos of the poor job.
After the fob-off, I was then in the process of lodging a consumer complaint but thought I'd give them one last call. The lady I spoke to said 'No that's no good, I'll get the detailer to contact you". That never happened.
Sooo, I am currently lodging the complaint via consumer rights complaints. (End result was I got a refund but only because I lodged with QLD Consumer Complaints.)
Misleading and over priced – Website says super wash from 80 dollars , get there sign says from 89 dollars . Lol then the girl said it doesn't include doing the cup holders . If I wanted that included the price was 125 bucks. Standard sedan just an inside and out wash. Nothing fancy and the price goes up to 125 when I got there. False advertising , poor business. Also wanted 3 hours to clean the car even though it was booked in.

They are completely unscrupulous, will not respect your privacy, and for good measure, their privacy policy is an absolute joke. I called their head office about this and no one has bothered to respond or reply.
