Concrobium Mould Control Spray

Mould on steroids – I have been using vinegar for mould and thought of trying a product dedicated to the topic of mould. After a few weeks the mould was 100 times worst than prior to using it. It gave mould some serious increase in power and did the absolute opposite
ABSOLUTE JUNK – This Product Is Absolute JUNK concrobrum mould control $15.99 for 946mil scabs, bunnings twice the price of exit mould that works for 7.98$ but out of stock. It didn't even remove the dirt. RIPPED OFF
No evidence it works for wet areas – The only place I could use it was around the basin and the shower grouts (wet areas) and rating is based on that. General dry areas may behave differently which I have not had the opportunity to experiment with 1. Since it doesnt remove stains there is no way to know if it worked. However using a scrub would not remove the stains easily leading… Read more
me to believe the mold wasn't dying. This is over atleast overnight drying for it to work. This was done 2-3 times hoping to see some change. 2. What I find perplexing is the application mechanism that says "the product works as it dries". Which means for a wet area there is no real direction on frequency. Which leads me to believe the spores are always going to keep growing as this washes off. I don't really understand why someting bonding at a molecular level then needs frequent application for a wet area (FAQ).
I now use it intermittently after a cleanup with bleach. Assuming it does some level of protection from allowing mold growth.
In summary my observation is that the mold came back at the same rate (2-3 weeks) post application of a bleach based mold killer alone or applying mold killer and then coating once with Concrobium after a few days.
ok not perfect – bleach works better on walls or surfaces that can be bbleached without damage. Concrobium also works but the claim that it stops mold returning is not correct. On woodwork mold definately returns. It may be slower in returning. Use this product with caution on woodwork as where the wood is not protected, concrobium will lighten the wood.
It did nothing – This product doesn't work. Used it as directed and within 2 days the mould had returned to the same levels it was at prior. I might as well have sprayed plain water on the area as it had the same effect. Picture shows the mould that returned after 2 days.
Kill mould with a Non toxic no bleach spray – I used this on curtain linings, immediately the mildew was gone! Just wipe over with a damp cloth after spraying and leave to dry! Excellent results and no fumes, fuss or bother! WOW
Works on more than tiles – I used this on mould on the shower grout which kept coming back and was very pleased with the results. I also used it in the kitchen where the tiled splashback meets the bench top - mould caused by leaving a wet dishcloth there. I wish I had discovered this when expensive camping gear was mouldy as it can be used on fabric and upholstery as well… Read more
as plasterboard, plastic, wood, stone, concrete, plaster.
Another plus is that it is non-toxic and contains no bleach.
I bought it at Bunnings. The price was $12.95 for 946ml.
