I will not buy this product again !! I had been happy with this stock powder because they originally had no MSG (621) and no E635. Continental then changed the packaging and so thought I would just check ingredients. I couldn't believe it ! They had sneakily added MSG (621) and E635 without warning. They could have at least put "New Recipe" on their packaging. Some people are allergic to these additives and they would buy it trusting that the recipe was the same . Very poor form Continental ! You have definitely lost me as a loyal customer.

Continental classic chicken stock powder. While convenient, to mix up a liquid stock, it tastes terrible. Has a metallic taste, does not taste like chicken at all, which Google says is iron, comes from overcooking or too much blood, cookware, rancid ingredients. Lid has always been on. I probably bought it last winter.

Recently added MSG without any warning of changes to ingredients. Have been purchasing for many, many years. Noticed a different label at my last shop. Decided to check the ingredients list when I got home. Added flavour enhancer MSG and another. Shall be returning for a refund and not using this product any more.
