my eyes with an X5 mirror, I can see them a little. I have asked my husband and many friends to tell me honestly if they can see the strips, and the comment has always been no. So, I take from this that if you look VERY closely, you may be able to detect them, but this is not how most of us carry out our lives. Overall, this product has been a game changer for me, but I think it's important to state that it does take a while and a few wasted strips to get it right.

people have suggested that positive reviews are false. All reviewers have to provide proof of purchase and we have to verify ourselves. This is my honest review and I have no connection with whoever makes or markets them. I'm merely a delighted user.

Beaware of this product – Beaware of the product, it is a product that easily available at Chinatown for cost not. More than $5 for 30 strips. The product has been on market for more than my age, I'm popping here to warn others after seeing youtube ads about this strip, definitely not designed by professionals, full of crap. Contour rx lids by design – So I ordered this early Feb. I’m in Canada, paid $59.90 Cad. Just got this end of Feb. This product is already expensive and it took forever to arrive. I haven’t tried it yet. But I don't think it’s worth it. Their’s a lot of same products that do the same result. I put 1 star because I was disappointed on the delivery service, which is I know it’s unfair on their end. They should do something about the delivery.

Not worth your money – These are awful. They are not transparent and are very obvious. The shipping is expensive to get them and the return policy is awful. You have to pay shipping again to return and a restocking fee.

Scammers – Unfortunately I did not read reviews of this product before purchase. Finally received product and it is 100% a waste of money. Firstly the product is clearly visible on eye lid. Secondly by using tweezers to place on eye lid the corner where tweezers used sticks out like a sore thumb. Please save your money and don't waste on a scam product. Any good reviews have to be associated with the company itself !!!

Crooks! – Ordered the product but realised it was an international company. I shortly after sent an email to cancel. They wanted to charge me a $10 cancellation fee for a $40 purchase (is was two packs of the lids by design). any emails confirming the order was processed. Despite the fact that I clearly did not authorize them to charge my CC or deduct money from the refund by email, they went ahead and did it anyway. Dont deal with these crooks. They steal and bully you out of your money by charging excessive cancellation fees for doing absolutely nothing!

Self confidence boost – This product is brilliant. The strips work like shown in the advertisement videos and pics. I have never used this sort of product and only wear barest makeup but I wasnt happy that in photos my eyelids looked droopy. These are comfortable to wear and just take a little practice to find the right position on your eyelid.

These do not work - Don't waste your money – I purchased these with high hopes as one eye is noticeably more hooded than the other. I watched the tutorials and read the directions. Don’t believe “Free shipping” – Lids by design Canada states “Free shipping” . However not until you’ve entered your credit card info and the deal is done do they then add shipping . When I contacted the company they said it was because I only bought one . The second time they said it was based on location. Which is it? Free shipping is false advertising and for that reason I don’t trust this company.

Worst service/product – I was curious to see the product but I quickly found out that the purchase had gone through even though I was under the impression that I still had time before getting to the last step of purchase. I Immediately tried to cancel the order but was told I could not. After receiving the product, I was stunned. It does not work AND it looks horrible on the eye. It is very visible. Very disappointed... definitely not worth the effort and price.

Claims by company vs. actual – The strips are NOT invisible. They are truly VISIBLE. Also, when I ordered, I thought I was getting various sizes. I ordered 2 boxes; both were all 5mm, which for me, was not wide enough. I am going to try to return them for a refund, but we'll see how that goes.

Waste of money – Admittedly I have deep set eyes so maybe they don’t work aswell for this issue. Can not get them to work at all and they are totally visible. Would not recommend

I never leave home without it – Brilliant. I have inherited droopy eyelids. So much so, I could no long apply eye-liner without it being smudged by my saggy lid. No one has ever noticed them. The large 8mm ones can be placed directly over lower part of upper lids starting from the cream. The smaller ones can be placed directly over lid. Depends on how you want to position them. I NEVER, NEVER go outside now without them. I can now have a lifted, almond shaped eye.

Poor product save your money – This has been the biggest waste of money and I will be letting as many know as possible, the product does nothing that it claims and if it was a local companies I would be persuing my money back. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!! – This product does NOT deliver the results Briton the CEO of the company is so effusively is trying to sell in every advertisement!! droop problem, however the fact that they are so visible makes the product totally ineffective; unless of course you don’t mind having an obvious silicone strip on your eyelid for everyone to look at whilst you’re chatting with them!! Further to this, the primer pencil also DOES NOT work and in fact highlights the strip even more on the lid!! If you press the pencil hard for more coverage, it still doesn’t hide the strip and makes having a subtle look with a light eye shadow IMPOSSIBLE. Seriously, Briton should understand that this is a great idea but she needs to go back to her lab buddies and have them invent something that is truly invisible. Then and only then will she be able to truly help thousands of people with this eye lid problem! The hard sell of a product that does NOT work is futile - period!
