This proved to be true for when I did have issues (on the siemens side) that Matthew was straight onto it where he could and even outside of normal hours. Then my sales guy Damon Tokoly went over and above as far as delivery and quoting. Within an hours of requesting a quote it was emailed and once I placed the order it was dispatched that same day, with me receiving it the next day. Was the week leading up to Christmas as well. Great Service - Went Over and Above – I bought a heap of VSD's for a job we're doing at a Shopping Centre. One of them was faulty. The manufacturers warranty policy is to return it for evaluation. That's a little hard when it's already installed on plant that needs to operate 18 hours a day. Manufacturer couldn't care less. ControlStore gave me a replacement from their stock, and went out of their way to get it to me. Great service, and much appreciated!
