Do not deal with this company – Trying to get a icebox I purchased a month ago sent or refunded. After dozens of calls, messages and emails I received a email promising immediate refund. 2 weeks still no refund. Nightmare to deal with

STAY AWAY!! – I paid for stubby coolers for my wedding. I was assured twice that they would ready in time. My wedding was 2 months ago and I still haven’t received my stubby coolers or a refund. I’m now taking legal action against them. Save yourself the headache. Don’t allow them to steal from you.

beginning they responded promptly until our money was paid and all communication ceased from there on. When we heard absolutely nothing for weeks after our payment was made for 170 wedding coolers I started calling and emailing hoping to get dispatch information. Or even a current ETA on when we could expect them. For reference our Coolers started the design process at the end of August and confirmed and paid for September 4th. I started chasing this order in early October. After multiple phone calls and emails for weeks we still have not received any type of response from Coolaz they simply do not answer the phone, return calls or reply to emails.

Our wedding is now 11 days away. Once I emailed and demanded a full refund I had a phone call within around 2 hours from a third party in Melbourne who told me they are helping out and making coolers for Coolaz and they had only sent my order through to her to be made on OCTOBER 7th!!! She confirmed they have NOT been made but would try to get them produced this week, With an extra freight charge of $170 or more because they’re in Melbourne and Coolaz are a QLD company so the freight I was already charged was inadequate apparently. I thanked her for her call and for trying to be helpful but I told her unfortunately I had already asked for a refund via email that day after multiple attempts to contact Coolaz, and that there is absolutely no way that they could possibly make this order and send them to rural Nth QLD in time for our event now. She 100% agreed to and said she would tell the owners of Coolaz to cancel and refund the order. STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A SINGLE THING FROM COOLAZ even since this interaction. The third party told me the owners have cancer and she’s just trying to help them out. I sympathise very much with this, we have been tragically impacted by cancer in recent years also however if this is genuinely the case PLEASE STOP TAKING PEOPLES ORDERS AND MONEY! Close your website until you’re back on your feet. Weddings are expensive and stressful enough without being ghosted by vendors that you have paid a significant amount of money to.

We had no choice but to place a rush order with another company who have been absolutely outstanding! They made our coolers and delivered them in less than a week!

I have emailed Coolaz again this morning stating if we have not received our refund within 48 hours we will be taking this further. If I could rate this company negative stars I would. The customer service is absolutely atrocious and unacceptable.

Great quality stubby coolers ! – Design was spot on. Website really easy to navigate. I was worried coolers wouldn’t arrive in time. I emailed the company and spoke with Alicia. Excellent communication and arrived in time for the event. Would defiantly use this company again. Thanks!

Great product, great sevice – Don't waste your time shopping around. These guys are the best. Prices are great and service is even better. I was concerned I wouldnt get them in time with all the covid delays going on. Coolaz made sure I got them before the date needed. Second time I have used them and will be again

Do no use – We ordered stubby holders for an event expressing the required date. After following up on the order 10 days after ordering we received this email. Shocking service – I made an order in January 2022 for my order to be on the the 1/3, they then asked for it to be pushed back to the 11/3. Still no product, no email response, no call response and Facebook message response. Very disappointed as my cousin ordered through them 3 years ago and was very happy.

Great product. Service stinks though! – I ordered our wedding stubby holders early and chased them for 3 months after I paid in full. Then I noticed I paid $45 shipping when the charge from Aust Post was $19.95. When I questioned why I was charged more than double, I was ignored. While the stubby holders are great, I wish I had read the reviews and I wouldn’t order with Coolaz again due the time terrible customer service.

No answer – Can’t get in contact regarding a recent order that has not turned up. Order is already late and I’m guessing I won’t have it in time. Not happy with service

didn't even give us the courtesy of notifying us it wasn't coming, which was extremely dissapointing as it was a gift for our wedding guests and we didn't have time to get a replacement. I asked for a refund that never came through until I contacted the fair trade ombudsman that finally kicked them into giving my refund.... 4 months later! Not happy. I hope this company wakes up to themselves and stops causing so much distress to their customers.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH – What I would like to know is why these people are very accommodating and quick to answer your emails when your are putting an order through BUT once they receive your payment BAM nothing. I put in an order for 100 coolers for my brothers wedding and wanted delivery by the 1st of September as he has a location wedding so these will need to be taken away with us and they are still not here. And I’m getting nothing but extremely angry. NVER EVER AGAIN!!

Keep away from Coolaz designs – Placed an order for 75 stubby holders for our club back in early March, no one answers the phone they respond with an email that its with our design team complete utter lie, there happy to take our money with no product being delivered. Keep away from this company will be taking this further

Bloody crap!! – This is by far the biggest load a crap I’ve ever seen! 3 months before our wedding fee ordered these and they will not be here in time! No one answering emails now! Will be getting the money back or will take it further! Not happy one bit

it wasn't, and they "regrettably" advised they could not meet the production timeframe!! I was forced to find an alternate supplier who thankfully was able to get me out of trouble in less than 4 days!!

Terrible Customer Service – Very unhelpful with concerns and terrible customer service. Would not recommend as they can not deliver on time. They fail to provide good communication when you ask for tracking numbers and ignore refund requests.

Never order from this supplier! – After chasing Coolaz's for a week for final design, and Coolaz's saying the design was with the Design Team. The day before the products where due to be delivered, I got an email (no call) to say 'bad news' but unfortunately they can no longer provide the requested items. Highly recommend going with another supplier, at least you may get customer service at a minimum.

Also still waiting – First order lost. Now replacement ?? Received email a week ago with tracking number from Aust post saying that order is being prepared will give expected delivery date within 3 days still no reply.

Still waiting – My order was supposed to be delivered 12.12.2020 when i made enquiries still not even sent and now there is only and automated email response. I wouldn't recommend due to poor response and false and misleading time frames. Wish i would have read some comments before committing to purchase.

an automated email stating they are now closed until the middle on January!! I now have no stock to get through my busy period. Not impresses Would not recommend at all. Not reliable and lack of communication. And product is already paid for!!!

did they dispatch my order on the 16 November. I received 16 stubbies (4 short) on 18 November.

The product was late, the quantity was lacking, the communication was poor.

Although it seems most people have a good experience it does feel as if they are more than happy to let down a percentage of customers.

I at least received a partial refund for the missing stubbies.

Couldn’t be happier – Great customer care, quick to reply and design order, as well as fastest delivery service. Pricing was great and I couldn’t be happier with the overall product and company. Thanks again guys for my order!
