Corporate Supply Solutions – AKA Corporate Supply Solutions - a "Company" that cold calls to find out your printer model from an unsuspecting casual worker, only to then send you unsolicited ink cartridges, following this they send you an invoice, and if you ask to return they offer to provide them to you for "cost price", to save you the hassle of returning the goods you didn't order. Absolute bull. Do not trust Corporate Supply Solutions.

Stay Away – Terrible company using bullying and standover tactics to get you to pay for product you did not order, report to ACCC immeadiately. Do not deal with these people, hang up straight away.

This is a SCAM, DO NOT USE THEM EVER – Previous manager order some tonner from this company and they kept sending more and more stuff. They invoice every month and send products that have not been ordered or authorized. If you use them, you will regret it instantly !!

returned to sender and delivery refused, then they had the Gaul to e-mail an invoice for the same amount. Our printers are under a service contract already. Please do not fall for this scam, do not accept delivery and defiantly do not send them money!!

Terrible – The latest version of their spiel is “thanks for your business during the year, as a result you are eligible for a $100 gift voucher”. Even when you haven’t bought anything off them. Then you get an email with an order for a $100 voucher at a price of $0.00 as well as a bunch of highly priced printer/toner cartridges. The email directs you to reply something like “I .... accept the above order in full” Surprising they cannot be shut down.

More Fraud than a Simple Scam – It looks like others here think this is a genuine company, and it may be to the extent they have PO Boxes, websites and phone numbers, but from our experience this is all just a front. You may just start receiving stock after someone has called and quizzed the receptionist about your printer model (our experience)

Then you'll be invoiced. When you call them, they will make things seem much more grey than they are, they may offer it to you for half price etc. Hold your ground, do not pay.

Terrible – This company is DISGUSTING. They call and harass you for orders you haven't even made. They sent out the wrong cartridge, we sent it back and they sent the correct one but they sent EIGHT. I am a receptionist at my work and one of their staff '[Name Removed]' (who was probably the rudest of them all) called almost every day asking for me because clearly I fell for his tricks. Harassment continued until my GM had to call them and tell them to never ask for me again. Never have a dealt with such an awful company. Would not even give one star. The staff that ring use malicious standover tactics to make you pay for the product voucher first and if you don't pay they threaten you with a debt collector. This is all fake. Do not pay the invoice and do not take their phone calls. Threaten them with the ACCC as they are aware of this dodgy company. They are not worth 1 star, there should be a negative worst company ever rating. Be aware of any contact from Corporate Image Solutions, Prestige Print Supplies, and Express Print Supplies. They are all the same scam company.

Terrible – They ring you and say that you have ordered something that you haven’t, and continue to ring and hassle you, I finally got them to stop ringing, until today which is 3 years has past and they have come up with the same story, I have cartridges that I still have in stock from previously ordered but haven’t been shipped yet.

Absolute scammers – Incredibly frustrating salesman who misinformed me just to get our business. Wouldn't even give them one star really. Be warned. Do not use. Just hang up on the jerks. Very dishonest company.

they'll throw in some sort of voucher or other incentive but do yourself an enormous favour and hang up the phone straight away. You are NOT committed to keep accepting their product.

Very bad company to do business with – Ordered a batch of Ink cartridges, and in the end... We kept getting batches every 2 months saying they were part of the package. Now the packages included something that was a Coles $50 voucher. along with my final lot of 18 cartridges coming to over $2,000 to 'close out my account' again!! It was now I did my research and realised that they are basically a sales scam, I have been receiving calls daily after I told them I would not be buying or paying for anymore. I keep being told that I have to buy the stock that has been set aside for me. Definitely stay away from this mob!

Ink arrived but very unhappy with sales tactics – Very pushy on sales - using guilt (holding ink just for you) and incentives. Originally order ink on the promise of an iPad. On following up 6 weeks later I was eventually (promised call backs didn't happen) told that the card wasn't issued by them and that they weren't prepared to investigate which card was supposedly issued to me and what the status of that card was. Very unhappy and wont be ordering from them again.

Misinformative and unhelpful – This company sells non-genuine ink and toner cartridges, without telling you so. Poor customer service - they have no interest in actually helping, just in making sales. When an incorrect purchase is made, you are stuck with the goods that they claim they "cannot return under any circumstances" when the T&Cs clearly state that it is up to the company to decide in these instances.
