Corvela Labs

Recently, I realised that I had taken up a subscription for Corvela Steady Base. I thought I had only purchased a 2 containers and didnt realise at the time that it was a subsription and that each month money would be taken out of my account. Four days ago a I realised this and have sent Corvela two emails to stop my subsription immediately. On their website, this company indicates that they will get back to you in 3 hurs and I am still waiting a response 3 days later. Please do not buy from this company. If you want stop a subsription or want an answer to an email there is no response.

I ordered and paid for one item. One month later my credit card was debited nearly $60, I followed up suppport and asked how to unsubscribe to something I never subscribed to? They replied - job done. I then received the second item and immediately contacted support again to ask where to return the unwanted order, their website states I have 60 days to do this. 5 emails later they have still not contacted me!!!!

So, on the 28th of March 26, I order a bottle of Serotonin & Mood Support and receive confirmation of the order promptly, so far so good. From here it gets interesting and goes drastically downhill. On their site, like most others, you can change your delivery address. right? No, apparently not on this Corvela Lab site. Continuing on, I elect to proceed to checkout as one would imagine you can change it there prior to purchase. NO, no opportunity to alter my address, so I opt to cancel and recommence the process again, albeit with the same result, I did this 3 times, to no avail. So, I decided to problem solve this myself and proceeded to checkout, then send an email promptly to Corvela explaining my situation and provided my new address. Literally, this was within minutes to enable them to change my address, how wrong was I!! I receive an email from a [Name Removed] in customer support, it is distinctly a stereotype standard reply, you know the one that fits the complaint, they just press the button to suit. Well, [Name Removed], is ether extremely lazy or Corvela has a major flaw with their process and care factor appears to be IDGAF! My dearest [Name Removed], explains in her return email, "she will coordinate with the fulfilment team to update my address, if my order is STILL eligible for modification". "However if the package has already been picked by the carrier, we will unfortunately be unable to update it". Lets move on, I ordered on a Saturday @11.59am, [Name Removed] responds the same day @9.56pm, almost 10 hours later. I presume the parcel is not being picked up by the courier until Monday, so there is ample time to change the address as I provided to her, right, wrong!!! Now, the parcel wasn't picked up until the 3rd of April, 6 days after my order was placed, consequently [Name Removed] is either lazy or a F....n Liar! I have sent many subsequent emails to support (my friend [Name Removed]), with the last few left unanswered. This is an absolute disgrace and an abomination, my parcel is being sent 5000 km from my present address, not kidding, this has caused many hours of frustration and wasted time, as one would imagine. Will I use Corvela Labs again, well if hell freezes over perhaps, but in the meantime, that is a no, and I am hanging around in the meantime to see if [Name Removed] remains on the payroll. To say I am unhappy is an understatement. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS PRIOR TO ODERING FROM THIS "dis-jointed" COMPANY!!!!!
