No customer service? – This is the worst online store I've ever bought from. I originally purchased a Sulley onesie but the item never sent. I kept checking my account on their website to see if they shipped but it was always pending. After a week of waiting I emailed them twice just to ask how long it'll take and never got a reply. Figured to ask through PayPal. Finally got a response that they cancelled it due to 'customer complaint'!! I only wanted to know how the order was going and they cancelled with zero explanation... not even an apology. I honestly don't think they even have staff to attend customer service.

Do not buy from here.. It's either a scam or they're just too plain lazy to sort their orders out and even respond to customers.

Take money...no item – Ordered a clothing item and paid for quick delivery. Never received it. Disputed with Paypal and they just accepted the conpany's claim that it was delivered, even though order status is 'awaiting delivery'. Cosypajamas will no longer respond to any corespondence. Now have AMEX investigating. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED
