for repair. The mechanic put a quote for $6600 just to replace a faulty parts with brand new VW parts. I left the car at the mechanic workshop on 3/11/20 i have received the car on 27/11/20 from the mechanic. My car was very dirty parked outside on the road, dirty inside and after i washed the car i saw a hail damage on the roof. My share of the cost was $3600 and AWN should pay $3000. The mechanic demand cash at the beginning but i could not and i paid by card, the mechanic did not show me the old parts or the new parts invoices. Instead he gave me a piece of paper as a receipt even no ABN number. I called Coverit Solution explain what happens, the told me that i have to sort it out with mechanic I told the representative its your mechanic not mine then he told me to ring AWN. I called AWN explained my trouble with the mechanic. The next day they told to go back to the mechanic to get another invoice. i went back he wrote another invoice no mention to the new parts and he said this is all what he allowed to give me. I sent to emails one to AWN and another to Coverit Solution they booth ignoring my demands. Now i do not no why the refuse to show my the parts invoices, do they really put new parts and if so are these parts from VW. This is an expensive repair, i got a quote from VW they told this job would cost only $4000. I wish i did not have this warranty and with out it i would be much better. I REGRET IT

Great Product – Purchased a bbq cover that needed to be custom made. Excellent quality, easy to order and fits perfectly. Delay in delivery due to COVID-19 but excellent customer service, 4.5 stars.

Great product, poor delivery – I have bought two bespoke covers form this company. In each case I needed to cover an item outdoors for which there are no suitable pre-made covers. You can order to your own specs of length/width/depth and choose fabric quality and basic colour. Their product quality is very good, but their manufacturing time is poor (up to 2 months). the 2 deliveries was incorrect (product mix-up). Once they get their logistics worked out, they will be a 5 star web supplier. Would I use them again - yes.
