Made an order, received the wrong product and they don’t reply to emails regarding returns

.com.au website, they say they are based in Melbourne, they use Australia Post as a carrier, and they have free shipping within Australia. The day I ordered the puzzle, I got the shipping notification, which I was thrilled about, thinking it would arrive in plenty of time (and was impressed at the speed that the order was processed). I ordered the puzzle in November, and here we are 2 weeks from Christmas and it doesn’t appear to have left China yet according to the tracking. After all that effort and trouble, I feel absolutely duped.

company I do business with. Craft Painting Company has demonstrated neither of these qualities. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Craft Painting Company to think twice. Save yourself the frustration and potential loss of money by avoiding this company altogether.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering – I ordered two items in April via Afterpay. I received confirmation emails from Afterpay but nothing from Craft Painting at all. I have not received either item so have emailed them via their site twice. No response. Now Ive gone to the trouble of reading the reviews on their site, I notice they are all suspiciously the same 4 star rating and duplicated many times over. This company is clearly a scam.

Terrible – Worst customer service and lazy in site maintenance. I purchased a diamond painting that after purchase their confirmation page decided not to work. Upon emailing this mob, have not received any correspondence in return so I have disputed the transaction. Terrible way to run a business, and going by the reviews, I wish I had read them sooner. Obvious scam business.

Scam do not waste your money – Do not order as there no definition with their diamond dots. It looks a mess. Very disappointed. They do not answer your emails. Waste of time and money! Nothing like the picture advertised.

Very disappointed – Nil resolution to a problem, I ordered a custom and got no feedback that the image would not fit. Got a customer with only half my image. No solution offered. Was informed that it meets some regulation for no refund on product. Do not buy from craft painting.

Scam do not buy – Do not buy from this website, I purchased goods and never received them, after contacting the company they said they will send another one out and never did when I followed up they didn’t reply I don’t think they are a real shop.

Rude, don’t answer emails, all round bad experience – I never received the product. Asked for a refund and since then my emails have all been ignored. Do not use this company. I have received much better service from other paint by number companies.

Bad experience – Never received the item. Wrote to the company and they sent a tracking link saying it had been delivered. Wrote to them saying it hadn't been delivered to my address as I never received it. Received a reply with another tracking like and nothing else said in the email. received it (in fact the date shown as delivered was Saturday and I was home ALL day working on a pond which is situated right next to our driveway. We live rurally with few neighbours and would definitely see a delivery van) I never received another reply even tho I Wrote a couple of times. I opened a PayPal dispute which was closed on the basis of the tracking link showing it had been delivered (God knows where too, butnot to me) I have written to appeal that, however I shouldn't have too. Company needs to liaise with their transport people and ask for valid proof of where it was delivered however it seems they can't be bothered which shows the level of care they have for their customers. It's a Melbourne based company so you think you are supporting an Australian business, however the item was sent from China???
