stay away from them – don't deal with them steal my money and never get the job done ,, they should not even exist to do any business liere and thief.......now they own my company dimmed name and I cant even got InTouch with them.

When I contacted the ACCC they did a complete 180 and said that they never told me any of these things and said I would get a logo which I'm still waiting for over a year later. Oh and they like to block your phone number and email addresses etc so you cant get in contact with them.

Do not use this company – The staff were rude and argumentative. Gives off a vibe that it’s a scam and there’s one person pretending to be 10. I will be lodging a complaint to the ACCC as I was mislead by a staff member about refunds only to be told later that was false and I couldn’t receive my money.

Stay away!! – I have had a terrible experience with this company. They are dodgy, make up fake charges, and keep charging your account without your authority. I am lodging a complaint with the ACCC.

Horrible company – Beware of this company!! So many hidden cost for no work and very rude people with polite tone. After experience with this company I will never trust any online company in my life! Complete waste of my money and time! They charge thousands of $$ for fake work which you would never imagine.

I've just been scammed by this gang of crooks also – The web site says 100% satisfaction garanteed; 30 day money back garantee; no hidden costs - all lies they scammed me out of AU$575 and when I asked for my money back they told me to get stuffed!!

Craftive Branding stands for scamming you out of money – This company has scammed myself out of $330 dollars by accessing my credit card without authorisation and will not refund my money after 100’s of emails, so now they are under investigation for fraud

THE WORST COMPANY EVER – I dealt with Craftive Branding and the took money off my credit card without authorisation and will not refund it. Please do not use them, go to many of the other review sites and see for yourself, they use fake people to review their services positively, I have proof of that if anyone wants to see it.

Please stay clear – I had to outsource the logo to another as they were so terrible, I had the logo re-designed and now they charged my card with $550 saying the own the rights and IP Australia contacted them to have the logo registered. My lawyer is involved now and has investigated and found the company to be a scam. Please do not engage with company they go under several names they are not a legitimate nor are they an Australian company!

Terrible service, They are just after $$$$ for a cheap Logo – I would never use this company again I paid in full for my Logo and they wouldn’t release it till I paid another $299. Ask them for the hidden cost.
