clear, music is organised well and easy to access, radio has good reception (though it took a while for me to figure out how to get my stations onto it). My favourite feature is the ability to choose 'all tracks' (tracks arranged alphabetically) and listen to them in order - I prefer this to 'random' as I don't risk hearing the same track twice. I got the 8GB player, and so far have filled 6GB with almost 1000 songs. The only downside I've discovered with the player itself is the playtime - the makers claim it can run for up to 30 hrs - I assume that's when you actually don't do anything with the player! I usually get about 7 hours out of it - and that's with screen brightness reduced to 10%. The earphones supplied are also a disappointment - I think the right earphone wire has cracked near the plug as it often requires twiddling to send the sound through. But the player itself is fabulous! Highly recommend it! Size, weight, easy to set-up and use (drag and drop files from windows explorer is great feature) Supplied earphones already partially broken on right side, needs recharging after ~ 7 hours.

Excellent – I had an apple ipod before i got my ZEN and now i have never looked back since. I can do all the same as an ipod but it has an FM radio in it and it is way cheaper and has a much bigger screen. Please before you by an ipod concider buying the ZEN first it is so much better. FM radio, calander, clock, email contacts list, photos, a huge 16GB storage, expandiable memory, you can have any music format stored on it even ituens files, bright screen, light, compact, great sound when teamed with bose in ear headphone.

software that comes with the unit is also very user friendly, however I mainly use Windows Media Player 11. The quality of photo viewing is also amazing, allowing you r=to add via PC numerous folders to place those photos of your own and name the folder what you wish. I have had a number of Mp3 Players, and this is right up there with the Samsung T10 I gave to my mum when I got this one. I must say having a bigger screen is much better for watching movies on. Even though the buttons are a bit clicky, i have had to give this unit the full marks of 5/5. Easy to Use

long wiating hours. Aside form listening to good music, I do enjoy seeing my photos. The only stickler would be the battery life. I guess i'll just have to recharging more often. SD memory expansion slot. Small size limited battery life.

player. I bought an arm band to match which sits snuggly and doesn't drop of my arm. Once again Love it. Great looks, nice size and weight, easy to use - drag and drop without having to use any software (unlike some apple company) Battery life needs to be extended.

Excellent – a very good video portable player it is great for those long and tireing trips or for just sitting in bed on a wintery day and watching something. i had one of these and it lasted me for pretty long without recharging it (i got rid of it because i wanted the money). it has good picture. very reliable. did not find any.
