Made my Smile Perfect – I had major work done at crown dental and was very nervous and anxious to begin this process. Dr Ali and Dr levy were amazing and I am smiling perfectly again.

Quality Dentures /Attentive Service – With over 40 years experience using dentures (not something I'm proud of), Levent at Crown Dental crafted the best set of dentures I ever had. Using 3D mapping and printing, the dentures sit perfectly in my mouth. In addition to being practical, I'm told they very natural and have improved my looks (I hasten to add, however, that's not high bar (-: ) Excellent service - Highly recommended.

Amazing!!! – As someone who freaks out about going to the dentist I can not recommend crown dental group highly enough!! Dr Ali explained everything in detail he had to do and why and kept me at ease and calm the whole time, will always go back here

Dentist i paid for all the treatments which included 2 Crowns, I immediately raised the issue of the crowns not being the same shade, and Following Dr Ali's advise my teeth were whitened, i once again raised the issue of the crowns not being the same shade, and Dr Ali advised to purchase take home trays, After using the trays and still seeing no improvements i contacted Crown Dental Group only for Thrish to advise "Crowns shade does not alter with Whitening products". Once again i raised the issue with Dr Ali, he advised "management will request you to pay to have the crowns replaced at either half the cost or small amount" (Dr Ali Abbasbhai is the director of the company along with a partner) I refused and requested to be reimbursed and Dr Ali advised no reimbursement will be offered. (For his mistakes) Following this Crown Dental Group/Dr Ali Abbasbhai made every attempt to avoid responsibility for his mistake. i requested to be reimbursed for at least 1 crown and trays as i now require to pay another Dentist to fix Dr Ali mistakes. Following multiple phone calls to Crown Dental Group and advising them i will take this matter further, they processed the refund for 1 crown.

In my experience avoid Crown Dental Group at any cost, But if you do decide to visit Crown Dental Group or Dr Ali Abbasbhai, Make sure you check his work upon completion and to not listen to his non sense, also check if you actually require the treatment he has advised you need.

I definitely do not recommend Crown Dental Group to anyone.

Would give 10 stars If I could! – I got Veneers with Dr Ali after attending 4 different consultations with other cosmetic Dentists. The service, knowledge and professionalism at Crown Dental Group was second to none. Highly recommend!

Great work – i attended both Doctor Ali dentist for extractions very gentle and friendly,also Mr Levent Ibraham for dentures he had very good suggestions as i found dentures very hard to wear nothing was to much trouble also very gentle and friendly would recommend

guessing. The bottom line is I was a bit overwhelmed at the care,patience and after treatment care I can't recommend Crown dental at Rowville high enough. No it's not cheap, but what price do you put on an excellent set of dentures when you have no teeth.
