Was my one stop cruise booking shop and Carl would make my bookings, help me with my on-line check in, print out my documents and all the things I couldn't do myself, he always came in with the best prices and recommended cruises I never thought of myself. I have so many good things to say about Carl and his service, product knowledge, professional and prompt response to my emails that I would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality long term cruise travel agent. I am so happy I found him again, he is now working with Travel Managers Australia and I already booked another cruise with him to the South Pacific.
