Be aware if you buy a contract at Crystal carwash Bondi Beach they have changed their policy. You can no longer get a full car wash on the weekend. Even if you’ve paid for the full contract the full wash expires even though they changed their policy of not washing on the weekend Generally, the staff are very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, there’s always that one that has terrible customer service.

for inspection. Ford advised that the damage around the antenna and roof area was consistent with equipment commonly used in automatic car washes. The antenna mounting area and roof panel were damaged, resulting in an estimated repair cost of approximately $5,000. We were also advised that the roof panel is bent, raising concerns about potential water ingress during heavy rain. As a result, Ford declined warranty coverage.
What has been most frustrating is not just the damage itself, but the complete lack of response from the business. We contacted them in writing and requested a simple investigation, including a review of CCTV footage and machine records, or alternatively their insurer's details. We followed up multiple times and received no response whatsoever.
We then lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. Despite Fair Trading attempting to contact the business, they still failed to engage.
I understand that accidents can happen. What I cannot understand is a business refusing to communicate with a customer, investigate a legitimate concern, or provide basic assistance when a significant issue is raised.
A business's true character is shown when something goes wrong, not when everything goes right. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this business.

bundle of shopping bags the miss's had in here Kia etc but left it behind.. a week later I raised it and few minutes later was returned to me. Wish they did insides on the weekends.. its unfortunately the only time i can get there.. will be the end of things .. but . they guys there are excellent.
Follow-up · Unfortunately no follow up and no way to make contact with a human..so will be no renewing our 4 years of ordering which is worth thousands..... pitty management can not get its act together.. the branch staff are great..

explained that it must have happened before I arrived. The Car driveable before entry - Car not driveable after car wash? Refused to acknowledge it and left me standing by my car for an hour and a half in the drying bay whilst I called NRMA to the site. NRMA had to jack the car and remove the damaged part which had been sheared away. As a Bellevue Hill resident, I had been a regular there, but won't ever take my car there again. Just awful. It's so awful living locally and being treated by a local business this way.

Follow-up · As per my above experience. I emailed them twice and never heard back from anyone. I’m still without the cover and it seems they are difficult to find. Never again. The wash and polish was below average and I’m missing a little evil eye from my dashboard. Aaargh!!

didn't have time to do the free vacuuming afterwards. The wash itself is very simple and quick but suited my car, which had been parked under a messy tree. The bonnet and roof came up better than expected and the wheels were sprayed/brushed by an attendant. I will go back regularly for this price. As I am fit, the FREE vacuum will happen next time

Terrible experience. I purchased 6 signature carwashes for my mum as a gift and last 2 ($69 each) were not honoured as we were told they were only valid for 12 months and now 14months. Expiry was not stipulated on the receipt nor website at time of purchase. Staff were rude and aggressive. Two different staff members patronised my mum and said they were the managers… I would not recommend and will escalate this.

front of me was having the same issues pointing out areas they were missed another unhappy customer. Poor quality as always. In my view a better job at a petrol station car wash which takes much longer and comes out cleaner than at Crystal. The staff are under so much pressure to move cars through and make more money than doing a quality job. My recommendation only go if you absolutely have to and only get the basic wash drive through. Any more than that it’s a waste of money in my view. Always been the same in our experience across the cars. Never had a great job. Don’t know why these guys don’t care. Stay Away... Very disappointing experience at Crystal Car Wash Sans Souci. The customer service was poor, and my car was not washed or cleaned properly at all – spots were missed and it still looked dirty when finished. DO NOT USE CRYSTAL CARWASH Chatswood location damaged vehicle with swirl marks on the paint down left and right side. Refused to accept liability. now change my mind! I told him I only ever wanted the In n Out! He persisted whilst raising his voice even more. As a victim of many years of domestic abuse I caved in and just agreed with him so that the yelling would stop. I had to then go and find the manager who was actually close by but never came to my aid whilst all this was going on! He was sorry this had happened but said it’s too hard to give a refund and that next time he would give me a discount. Trouble with that is I’ll never return. I couldn’t wait to leave. Ruined my day and left me feeling nauseous and rattled and on the brink of tears.

Rip off at Crystal Car Wash Rose Bay – Rose Bay Crystal Car Wash now charges $19 for the car wash and an extra $5 to wipe the car down afterwards They have also turned the Shammy roller dryer off at the end of the car wash which used to be sufficient to dry the car. Kingsford car wash – Kingsford car wash has a big sign $15 per car wash. But it doesn’t say you have to pay $5 extra for drying. Also very dodgy people work there, who charged me $90,34 for something I didn’t want.

Wash your car elsewhere – I used to go here,to Brookvale, and it was $16. I was very happy. Then it went to $22, never went for that price, as it’s just a quick wash. Worst Experience at Merrylands – The staff at Merrylands are so pushy they keep asking you to buy their exorbitant packages. Yesterday I asked fora $15 wash and then they advised they will not clean the car. When I also refused the package they did not hose the car down before it went through the wash. old. I explained that the Australian Consumer Law introduced from 1 November 2019 clearly articulates that any gift card sold after 1 November 2019 is valid for a minimum of three years. You can clearly see the law here - https://consumer.gov.au/new-gift-card-laws Therefore mine which is dated 17 December 2022 is valid until 17 December 2025. The staff refused to honour the car wash for me. I asked the Manager for his name and he refused to give it to me which very unprofessional for such a high profile brand. I expect much better from Crystal Car Wash. The voucher still has 2 washes outstanding valued at $100 which they refused to honour. I also tried to contact head office to discuss with no luck. I feel extremely disappointed that this amount is not being honoured by Crystal Car Wash and no one has made any effort to try and resolve this with me.
Daylight robbery - hide your keys, hide your cars! – Crystal car wash, more like “daylight robbery”! For context, my car is 6 months old, so it still has its new car smell. I was charged $500, when a basic vacuum and clean would have sufficed. Instead I wasn’t even consulted and subsequently charged. This place will take you for all your worth and then some! How dare they treat people like this!
