I ordered a bosche 3000 pet friendly alarm from ctc communications. Upon opening the box, my electrician discovered that the 5inch touch screen was not there. not even in a delivery box. At the end of the day, I had to buy another screen even though i paid for the full alarm kit including the screen. Stay away from this company.

Best service and advise even after 5 years of Bosch Alarm install. They always assist when new internet is changed . Also whenever phones are updated to connect again with My alarm app. Very friendly staff. Recommend

Worst company, Stay away from this company – This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought Hikvision Wifi intercom system which never worked and upon asking for help was never supported. Never ever going to sue this company again.

Great service – We have been a customer of CTC Communications since 2014, and recently have one of their technicians over to replace the external siren batteries. Awish is patient and performed his work to our satisfaction. We hope to continue engaging the services of CTC Communications in the future.

Great Service – I ordered a Bosch Security System and in 2 days my order arrived at my house in Vic. It was pre programmed however I did need some help to get it going. I called CTC on three occasions and they seemed very happy to assist me each time. As it turned out I had some wiring wrong but they were able to figure this out very quickly and guide me. System is up and running! Highly recommend them.

VIP Residential IP Intercom Kit with WiFi – I purchased the VIP Residential IP Intercom Kit with WiFi from CTC Communication online and had an electrician that was recommended by them to install it but it is still not working probably. intercom for security reasons and wanted to see who was at the front door before answering. They blame my internet speed for it not working probably, however I have had a computer person also look at it and they say it is nothing to do with my internet speed as it is run on a LAN inside the house and this makes no difference. I have also had line checked by Optus and they say it is OK. I am also supposed to be able to answer remotely from phone. This does not work either but I can understand that this could be caused by slow upgrade speeds of the internet. I have paid over $1500 for the intercom and to get it fitted. I wish I had purchased a brand name as apparently this is a generic model. It did not come with instructions but I did request this and they sent for a copy that had no brand name on it. I would never buy any electronic/communications equipment again unless it was installed and working correctly before I paid for it.

April 12th 2018 Update: Bad customer service

I purchased a VIP Residential IP Intercom Kit from CTC Communications close to a year ago now and had it installed by their recommended electrician in Melbourne. It worked on the day it was installed and then intermittently and about 6 months ago not at all. I have been in contact with them constantly and they promise things but never follow through. I am very disappointed and am out of pocket about $1,500 (which makes me feel sick). Will be taking this to VCAT.
